Did everything it said online for price and when we went it was totally different a lot higher. Said my car was worth over 22 thousand and they offered 16. Big waist of time filling out price online and traveling an hour.

Horrible!
I have a 2019 Elantra. I bought it in Hazleton at a Honda dealer. My car started banging and shaking this morning. My check engine light came on. Honda said I needed to take it to a Hyundai dealer. I called and over a month out to look at it or fix it! I am paying for a warranty that is basically useless. So, if I need to drive around over a month with a broken car because you refuse to fix it, then you are held responsible for it- not me! You are refusing service. Its not like I need a tire filled or oil change. Something is wrong with my engine. And what about work? Are you going to pay my bills if I need to miss it ??????

Buyer beware
Went to motor world Hyundai to buy my lease out on my 19 Hyundai Tucson sport. After they realized they couldn't put me in the new vehicle, My car has 9,000 mi on itI didn't buy the lease there. They didn't want to go through the effort to close the deal. And then try to tell me I didn't get the 10-year 100,000 mi warranty because I wasn't the first owner of the car, call the 800 number they gave me for Hyundai finance and they said ,,there records indicate I am the first owner in the warranty is mine. They still never return my call, makes you wonder how many other people they ripped off on the warranty

Terrible Dealership
The most dishonest dealership to deal with. The sales manager for Hyundai concerning agreement is not honorable. Either is their service department. Sales tell you you one thing and service department tells you another. If you want a new Hyundai or any new car from Motorworld I would tell you to find a new dealership for your vehicle. Save yourself the stress.

Motor World Hyundai 10 out of 10 - Regional Hyundai (Broken Arrow, OK) and Hyundai USA 0 out of 10
Since moving back to Pennsylvania, Motor World has done a fantastic job in dealing with the issues of my 2016 Sonata, a car that until 9 months ago was fantastic now eats oil like a bodybuilder drinks protein shakes.
What did Regional Hyundai do to my car? Why can’t I get an answer from Hyundai USA as to why i had to pay nearly 500.00 for a process to stop the oil guzzling that should have been covered by warranty per Motor World.
Why can’t I get an answer from Hyundai USA from someone who can explain Ms Alejandra’s refusal to tell me why my claim was denied and not bump me up to the next level?

Customer should’ve been attended to upon arrival even outside the lift door while it was “lifted up”. Employees were just looking at me and didn’t bother to at least say “We’ll be right with you”, until I myself got down to ask if “I was at the right place”, even though I knew I was!! Common Courtesy is all that could’ve been expected!!
After being directed to where I needed to go, I was helped by a lovely young lady who keyed everything in and the walked me to the waiting room. When the car was done another young woman walked me to my car, she was also very sweet. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, I couldn’t have been more impressed!
I always get great service.Everything is done in a timely manner. I’m kept up to date .I enjoy using the shuttle service it’s great. The advisor JJ is great .
I had 2 recalls, have to go back since parts had to be ordered to complete one. Nice staff, informed me of everything done. The parts came in a week, scheduled me in so I didn't have to wait 2 months.
