General Manager (Hess Darvisk) and General Sales Manager (Benjamin Stark) are deceptive/fraudulent and practice inadequate customer service skills.
7/6/21 I phoned General Manager Hess Darvisk to find out the status of the check that was promised. Amazingly, General Manager Hess Darvisk asked me to mail the incorrect floor mats back to Ourisman Hyundai and then they will reimburse us for the correct mats. He also gave me the option of meeting him on Route 54 to exchange the incorrect mats for our reimbursement check. I was and I still am Amazed with his thought process. General Manager Hess Darvisk, the SUV came with mats that your dealership gave to another customer. Your dealership mailed us the wrong floor mats. General Sales Manager Benjamin Stark authorized and promised via email to reimburse us for the cost of the floor mats upon receipt of the paid invoice. We have sent you two copies of the paid invoice. Please give us our money and we will give you your wrong mats so that you can give them to another customer just like you gave ours to someone. I just want this entire experience to end. This is so unbelievable.
