Awesome
I have a late model vehicle (2008) that I brought in for multi point inspection. Was pleasantly surprised that out of 39 points my vehicle actually passed on 31 of them. I was expecting a lot more than that cause it is a 2008. lol They could have said I needed lots more repairs but as far as I know they were completely honest. Out of the 8 points that I needed to address only one of them was considered a hazard (rear brakes). Will definitely go back.

Real and honest
I am always happy to come to PDR. I get treated very well, and always included with every part of my transaction with my vehicle. I have a BAIID device, and Josh is the man who does my bi-monthly downloads. He has been such a help navigating this whole process. I'm grateful for everything he does, and the people at PDR who also help.

Water pump replacement
The scheduling was easy and I got the truck in without delay. PDR evaluated the situation and indicated some repairs related to the water pump replacement that was also needed. They provided me with the cost and also when the truck would be completed. The mechanic indicated that my oil change was due so I asked if that could be added on. They said no problem.
The truck was finished on time and everything is working well.
I am very pleased with the professional service and manner in which PDR conducts its business,

Battery was draining. Car wouldn't start.
I contacted PDR over the weekend and drove my car in on Monday morning hoping they could help me. I wasn't disappointed. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a new battery and the car was ready by early afternoon. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and I always take my car to PDR.
