Spoke to Josephine's daughter. She said her father knew the previous owner, but the business has been sold since then and they stopped by to talk to them. She said Tim was very nice so they had him do the service, this was their first time there and she had nothing but good things to say. She added good service, very nice people, and she enjoyed the work they did.

I took my car in for an oil change and I was greeting by a very pleasant office manager, Kelly. My car was taken in immediately by the owner, Tim Gibb, who changed the oil and I was on my way.

I had to have the hood on my Tacoma replaced, and Tim got it done perfectly in three days!
Trusting in a body shop can be risky, especially when the customer is paying out of pocket.
You can trust Tim and the folks at Precision Collision. They replaced my hood and blended the paint perfectly-and at a very reasonable price.
Now, I "have a guy"!

The dented fender had more than meets the eye damage which was corrected . Tim explained the repairs clearly . The repair work done efficiently and quickly.
Tim explained how the outer dent on the fender hid internal damage. The repair was done quickly and looks great. I thank Tim and his team for great repair work.

If you expect perfection, Precision Collision is it!
My vehicle had damage 3 times since May of 2021. All not my fault. Everytime I get my vehicle back it looks brand new and all the repairs are completed with perfection. There will never be another autobody shop services I utilize due to the easy process taking my vehicle to Precision Collision from coordinating with the insurance to setting up my rental and perfectly restoring my vehicle. Great big thank you to Precision Collision

Beautiful work and a great experience!
Tim and his team are the best. I am extremely happy with how the car turned out, and especially with the outstanding service level they provide. I expected to have to jump through hoops with the insurance company, but Precision handled everything and made the whole process a pleasure. They went above and beyond and it's refreshing to have such a great experience with a company these days. I will refer them to everyone I know!

Grateful for the guidance
My wife was in an accident last month that had us focused on the insurance claims by both parties. Tom and team took our jeep’s repair claim and managed all aspects of it, from start to finish, so we could focus on the legal part. Rental, adjuster meetings, and then getting a vehicle that looked like it came right off the showroom floor is why we will use Precision for not only ourselves, but all our kids repair needs.
