I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service, we will replace the parts when the customer states that is what they want and then sometimes their diagnosis is wrong and we now have installed the wrong part. So when we properly diagnosis the customer concern and this is for failure codes, we have ran the engine and checked the data from the engine for operating temperature to make sure it is working properly and then when there is a thermostat issue we will pressure test the cooling system as well to make sure there is no coolant leaks. With the repairs we recommend to do a coolant flush when there is a thermostat issue and the after the repairs we check the cooling fan operation to also make sure it is working properly. We work hard to make sure the repairs that are needed and the repairs that we made are what the vehicle needs.
