Not what it used to be. More of a scam in comparison to fair business.
Officially lost my business, what happened to this place? I've been coming here for over 6 years and noticed over the past couple years an aggressive up charging on parts.

Prime example would be over $130 for 2 gallons of coolant I can buy for $50-$60. This is just one example of many.

This last repair I reasonably spoke with Neil S. the Shop Manager and wasn't willing to come down on parts to a reasonable price. I told him this would affect my decision to further do business with the company and he was content with it.

Currently paying over $1,200 for fix in question, while understanding I have a $4000 quoted job on vehicle coming up in near future. Unfortunately I will not be spending a dime of it at this establishment. Sucks because I did at one point have satisfaction taking my car here for big and small maintenance.

Thumbs up! Scruggs did a lift on my 4 Runner. Had a consultation before hand, they listened to my concerns and made excellent suggestions. Performed the work flawlessly and went over results after work was done. They even gave me a ride home and back to the shop. Everyone was down to earth and professional. Price seemed fair for work done. I can highly recommend. -I am not a robot :)

Professional service
In a world where mechanics and contractors aren’t really trusted I was stranded a good distance from my mechanic and fearing the bill from the tow if I couldn’t find a good mechanic close by. I saw the 4.9 star review and thought that’s pretty good but how many reviews... 65. Well that’s a good place to start. Josh at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get my vehicle fixed for less than I figured. I would highly recommend Schruggs for fair professional service.

Very fast and friendly service!
I’m a 1st time customer and this place came highly recommended. I can see why now! The staff was very friendly, the service was excellent, and the receipt even came with pictures of the repair. I took my car in first thing this morning and it was ready to go within a couple of hours (NYS inspection, oil change, and minor repair). Thanks for being one of the good ones!

Great Company
I came up for a wedding , Im from Florida, Decided to help my mom with her car, read all the reviews on this company, It takes ALOT for me to trust a mechanic. I am a mechanic lol. Since Im from Florida I didnt have my tools or shop. Took it into Scruggs. They put it on lift. showed me the issue. I paid them in advance because I trusted them because of their reviews. My mom took the car in. They fixed it. Didnt try to charge more. Car is perfect. I talked to the owner and then Nick was the one I worked with. These guys know their stuff. No gouge no BS. I trust them . They did me good. Ive been ripped of so many times. This place is good. The internet is the great equlizer. Thank you Scruggs Cheers :)

Courtney said the business' customer service was amazing. It was probably the best she has ever had. She stated the lady who does the paper work was the nicest lady she ever met, and they all acted as if they really cared about her wellbeing. They got her in right away and really helped her out. They offered her a drink and free wi-fi. They were honest. Her tire was about to fall off and they were very concerned that she not be driving like that . She states the owner was awesome. The facility was neat and clean, and everything else was great.
