Same Great and Consistent Service

The best
My son and I have used SCI for many years for all of our VW needs. 2011 Jetta, 2004 r32, 2013 GLI. Worth the 30+ minute drive from Andover. Always a fair price for excellent work! Don't waste your time with the dealer if your car is out of warranty! SCI IS THE BEST???

Once Again Chad Comes Through
My check engine light was on and I brought the car in to get it checked out. There was a problem with a limit switch on the intake manifold. Chad knew of a special part that would fix the problem without having to replace the whole intake manifold. I can only imagine what that would cost. There was also a problem with one of the glow plugs. We scheduled the repair for a Friday AM and I would wait for it. The part was ready and Chad made the manifold repair. The glow plug problem wasn't indicating any longer and Chad checked with a friend of his who said that if I wasn't waiting until the glow plug light went off, I could be triggering that problem. So, Chad fixed my problem and saved me money. What more could you ask? You need to use SCI for all your VW and Audi repairs!

Another Best in Class Visit
My wife noticed a small oil leak and SCI got her in same day. 20 minutes later, they had identified the problem and had it fixed. Even topped off the oil at no charge. This is THE place to get your VW / Audi serviced. They have earned a lifetime customer and continue to do so every time we need them.

Honest, open and fair expert service.&&
After at least a year plus of deferred maintenance our 06 TDI Beetle had a laundry list of needed repairs. My hope was to make it last as our 2nd car until electrics are more reliable and affordable. Chad did a thorough evaluation and Ben did great job of laying out what needed to be done. We went ahead with the repairs, found a few other needed ones and ended up with a much safer and once again reliable car. The price was fair and I have renewed confidence in the car. I really appreciate the expertise and their ability to communicate what had to be done and why. Very fair, open and honest. Chad showed me all the old parts and I learned a lot about how the work and why they fail. I appreciate them taking the time to give me that education. I've had them work on our 02 TDI wagon in the past and will definitely be using their service again.

They take care of me
Honestly, I keep coming back even if my pops buys me an oil change back in my hometown. They just care for my VW and don't bust my chops when I'm overdue on something. And yes, I definitely put them into hustle mode sometimes because my work can be unpredictable. Though, they're accommodating even then! They really are the best.

Great Work and only what was needed
I have been bringing my 2004 Jetta TDI wagon to SCI for years. These guys are great. They always do what is needed and tell me what can wait. This last time I took it in because something was rubbing under the front end. They were able to repair the shrouds under the engine without having to get any parts. They could have told me I needed new parts and made me come back later for that extra expense but that is not their way. They do good work and are honest.
