Leaking water pump
Mike and Joe were very helpful. I called and discussed what was going on with my sons truck and they set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. The repair was completed as it was explained to me. The shop was clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back

Brake Problems
Honest and relievable, I have been taking the company vehicle to Three Points Automotive and they never overprice the service they provide.
also, the repairs are done right the first time I don't need to go back for complaints.

Great service and great price
I was referred to three points automotive by a friend. I must say, this has been the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop since I’ve moved to High Point. I was very pleased with everyone’s kind and courteous behavior, and the price of the work completed.

Needed starter replaced.
Starter replaced on my suburban and valve cover gaskets on my van all within 5 days of each other. They are busy at 3 points, worked me in to the schedule as soon as they could, faster than I thought. Thank you again to Joe and the guys at 3 points.
