Car purchase
I purchased a Hyundai Elantra limited edition 2020. I didn't receive paperwork and they rushed me out the door. And my car is in high equity and I trade in a another Hyundai Elantra limited edition. The car I received was in a car accident on the left side the sale agent said the repairs has been done and we have car fax plus your warranty.you are safe and getting a new car we guarantee you that. I said are you sure. Because it was the end of the month he was trying to make a sale and they were about to closed down almost 7 pm he was rushing me. I said we're is the paperwork he said we will email to you or mail it to you. I never received the contract at all. The terms of the loan never received it. I call back multiple times and still never received it. To get my car tag that all I had. ? hmm ? they scammed me the Trussville location they in a new building now. And the sale agent. Still to this day never look me in my face . They tried to sell me a brand new car and I turn it down because of what happened. The girl said I don't know what happened to what the guy did. But we going to give you a brand new car. They were going to add the same balance from the old Hyundai Elantra on top of the new car double it again and don't payoff the lender. Which they lie about and said we pay off the lender see here it is. This the principal balance. Just lie. I should have never signed the contract. Now no one will get it because it's upside down in high equity. All the car dealership I spoken to said Hyundai Elantra dealership do that and Kia also stay away from them

The sell cars…just not good ones
If I could give negative stars I would. First off, the new car I was looking to buy was dead when we went to test drive it. They told us to come back and it would be running. We went back three days later, still dead. They jump it off. We test drive it. Turn it off. Go to crank it up again dead again. They gave us a new battery and we thought ok things will be ok. Wrong. They messed up paying off my car that I traded in so today I had to make payment on the car that is sitting on their lot being sold. Now in two more weeks I get to pay for my new car. They don't care whatsoever!! The car they bought from me has multiple bent rims!! They didn't even check them!! They have that car priced at $29,000 and has bent rims . They talk a lot about quality but in the two cars that I know about on that lot, one was dead and the other is gonna have to have new rims. I let them know about those rims and the lady said "well the customer will surely see they are bent". No you can't!!! That statement comes from a person in the car industry? Beware of this place. I hate to think of the poor person that buys my red 2020 Honda Accord that is on their lot right now that. They are gonna have to spend so much money and this company knows and will still claim they care about their customers and quality.

Very unsettling
Been getting my oil changed here for awhile with no issues until today. My car is a 2018 mustang with a manual transmission Had my oil changed and tires rotated and asked them not to drive my car 2 miles down the road after. Which I understand it’s standard for them to test drive every car after removing the tires but I don’t want someone wearing my clutch out and me having to pay for it later. I was told to sign a paper saying that I’m responsible if anything happens to my car from the service because I declined the 2 mile. I was polite to the service manager and he was being very rude and had an attitude with me from the start. Was told I couldn’t have my car back if I didn’t sign the paper. Shouldn’t it be the customers decision if they don’t want someone driving their car down the road ?

Another Great Job.
Just recently purchased a lightly used van and out of no where while at home some stray dog wanted in it. Needless to say he scratched all 4 doors . I was so upset word’s couldn’t describe what I was feeling. Well I to it to my salesman Travis and he directly took it to the detail shop and the next day it looked as if it never happened. Bet service in town
This service department is always friends and respectful of my time. They do their best to be convenient and the customer lounge is the nicest I have seen not only in town but anywhere. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks are plentiful. There is something for everyone!

If the car salesman, the management and others had been more concerned about our situation and communicated more it would have helped.
