Father and son were great. They were cordial early in the morning and at the end of the day. Their friendly attitude really does make a difference. I will also share that I had a 700 dollar estimate for the work, once into the job, they repaired what was necessary and the final bill was $200. That is the definition of an “honest” shop!

Great attitude toward customers, as well as flexibility in scheduling, etc.
It is quite an advantage to be able to do business with Willis as opposed to having to go back to our original dealer for service, regular updates, etc. Mike & Mike really care about their customers, in our opinion.
