2007 Chevy Trailblazer
I went in for an oil change and road test for an upcoming trip I have planned. A tie rod was found that needed to be replaced and a few other things. These things were brought to my attention along with a write up of costs and I was even shown what was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciate Kevin and everyone that works in the shop for taking the time to give me great service. Because of this and the great work they do I will continue to go back to them with my mechanical needs. I will also recommend Xpertech to anyone that is looking for a quality, reliable mechanic.

Professional care.
All the employees were were courtes and professional. I was contacted before any service was started for approval. A price was quoted and that was the price on the invoice. The price was reasonable and less expensive than a new to me vehicle.

A True Asset to Asheville
In life, you need Teachers, Doctors an First Responders.
Xpertech is all of these combined fir my vehicles.
It's amazing to have vehicle repairs in my home of Asheville that I can trust for honesty, expertise and always being treated with respect.
I've lived in many cities, owned 81 cars, trucks, vans in my life.
Never had a shop available like Xpertech. The most knowledgeable intake staff of four... wonderful people. 15 top flight mechanic if all possible skills. And the leader of the organization is Mr. Spock and Captain Kirk combined.
Kevin runs this place like a well oiled machine. If only our City and Country could emulator Xpertech!

This shop continues to shine
I recently had work done on an old Jetta and these guys spent a lot of time actually making a custom part when the one I ordered turned out to be insufficient. They bend over backwards to get the job done, it's as if they can't resist a hard challenge. I've been turned away by other shops who had a lot less grit, old VWs aren't easy to fix. Kevin and his team are rock stars, highly recommended!
