We had a punctured tire on our Tesla on a roadtrip to Coudersport. The car does not come with a spar
e or any kind of repair kit. I was seriously stressed out because we were 100+ miles from home. E&B fixed the tire for us and we made it home without any incident. I was just really grateful for the kind and quick service they provided!

More attention to customers than a dealership.
GERMAN HI-TECH offers more personal service, has less overhead costs and gives me better individual f
eedback about the specific issues/concerns/needs of my C-Class & E-Class. The local Mercedes dealership sells an upscale environment, luxury loaner cars and Keurig K-cup coffee- but you pay a premium (and pay & overpay) for all that and I've still had issues with the quality of their service over the years relative to their brand. Much thanks to the individuals at GERMAN HI-TECH.
