The AC issue couldn’t be tested thoroughly because it wasn’t hot enough: they did everything that was called for and nothing that couldn’t be justified by testing. I really appreciate the capability of the technicians, the professionalism of the service writers, and the ethos of honesty and customer service that I’ve almost come to take for granted from this shop in 4 years going there.
