Great value if you can get it at the right price
Chevy has a surprising hit on their hands if they can get anyone to notice. We have had an electric car since 2014. We bought a 2013 Nissan Leaf and have loved the gas-less lifestyle. The Chevy Bolt turns that experience up to 11, ok maybe 9 1/2 but it's pretty great. At a price significantly less than a Tesla (and near enough to the Leaf not to matter) you get Tesla range, and some pretty good features to boot. Car Play is great and I wish I could retrofit into all my vehicle. The driver safety features are awesome, lane departure, car distance warning, and pedestrian alert all add to the package. What you are really paying for is 238 gas free miles at 200 HP. The Bolt will knock you back in your seat and leaves all the issues of range anxiety behind. I don't know what Nissan has planned for the 2018 Leaf, but they have a lot of catching up to do with the 2017 Bolt.
