I love my Ford Escape. It drives awesome in the summertime, winter time, anytime! It's spacious enough to travel and small enough to drive nicely on the road. It's high enough that I can get into my car without sitting on the ground and low enough that I don't have to climb into my car.

A wonderful vehicle
Our Escape is one of two cars that we have. My wife usually drive the Escape. However, we both love it because it is higher than our other car, so we have better views. Also, it's a lot more comfortable seating in the driver's and passenger seat. We both love it!

Trouble free and a pleasure to drive.
We bought the Escape used in 2012 and have put over 95,000 miles on it. The only repairs to the vehicle was a brake job at around 75,000 miles. It gets good gas mileage and does not use any oil between changes. It is a very good car for driving on the freeways.

The car has been good, but when it comes to doing repairs it is a lot of money that I just do not always have. The repairs other than maintenance gets to be a lot.

Pre owned certified rust after 4 years through paint. Rear window latches corroded completely through and though the replacement was easy enough to do myself, are expensive for such small parts. After reading reviews before purchasing found same issues with shifting in transmission that others have.

my experience with the Ford escape
I would not trade my car in for any other type of car but a ford escape. My SUV runs like itt was brand new and I never had any real problem with it since I purchased it on Dec 31, 2010.
