Quick and efficient oil change with one small downer
Excellent service as always. This time, however, there was one small issue I did not appreciate afte
r my vehicle was parked.
When I went to leave, I noticed an oily handprint where the top of the door meets the window. I noticed that the person who parked my vehicle had the driver's side window down while parking it--not sure why. Anyway, it appeared that a hand with oil residue was placed over the open window and against the outside of the door. It left an oily spot on the window trim. I went to a car wash and cleaned everything up.
