I like my 2021 Escape but I would have liked another Edge.

The service on my car from the dealership was horrible, took it in because it was making a horrible noise when I backed up, they kept my car for at over a week to tell me was nothing wrong with. Never will buy a car from Confidence in Norman.

So far so good

Its my work vehicle for deliveries. 206,000 miles and runs great. Transmission was replaced at 150,000 miles from completely failing. 36mpg highway. I drive it 3 to 500 miles daily. I would purchase another.

Nice vehicle

I really like this model with 1 exception. When brakes are wet, they squeal so loud it is embarrassing when in reverse. Never happens going forward. I have approached 3 other escape drivers at various times and they have the same thing.
