Not the performance I wanted in a car

Overall appearance is good. Performance not there as to driving and feeling control with the car on the road. When buying vehicle promised great service with pick up at house and drop off now not doing it. And that is one of the reasons why I bought vehicle for after sale service. Did not plan having to drive across houston to just get regular maintenance on the vehicle. Not happy with after car sales, as usual noting is done that is promised.

Overall, I am well pleased with my vehicle. Beautiful design and style

I recommend adding a feature that closes the windows when the vehicle is locked remotely. Pleasure to drive and handles well on long drives. Seat adjustments are convenience and easy to manipulate. Interior overhead lighting is limited and not automatically active when doors are opened.

Best car EVER !!!

This is the best car I’ve ever owned. The Genesis service and dealership network is still learning how to be a luxury brand. The car is already there, hopefully the dealers can catch up😉. They have not figured out that the service and attention to detail is a high expectation if you are trying to attract Mercedes, BMW, Lexus,Acura I’ve owned all of them and Genesis is not there yet.

Great tech at a very nice price

I love the all the tech features. I think it has more than any other car I have seen. I have the sport and technology package, with heads up display and 3d instrument clusters and with it being close to 370hp, it is more than enough. Drives smooth, blind side monitoring is great. Perfect road car.

Design & Technology is outstanding. Internal Trim could improve

Performance is above average. Mileage is excellent. Great design. Great technology! Great sound system but miss the sound options we used to have. Like the 4-wheel steering and the seating. Would prefer more internal room. Back seats bed more space

Congratulations, InMany ways the vehicle exceeded my expectations.I will definitely buy another g80.The salesman was very informative and give me a basic overview of all the bells and whistles in the vehicle.The safety features were quite overcoming and I was very impressed

Very good

Great looking car with outstanding performance. First car I have ever owned that people pull-up at light next to me and give me a "thumbs up" or comment, "what a great looking car." My car is a "off white" with red leather interior. The car is just super cool looking.

This is the third Genesis I’ve owned 15, 19, 23

Only two complaints. I think the quality of piant has gotten worse each year. Second problem I loved the pop up display but they choose to remove it unless you purchase the larger engine which was about $2,000 more and had terrible gas mileage. Also don’t care for the fact they removed the DVD players as have every manufacturer

The Genesis G80 provides excellent performance, economy, handling and comfort.

This is the third Genesis owned since 2009. All vehicles have been great performers, each more refined than the past. All have been very reliable, comfortable, pleasant to drive, good performance and handling for a larger vehicle, and "easy to look at".

Great car for the money. I have not] complains or buyer remorse. I would buy again. People love the color of the car and look at when I drive by. There nothing more I can or need to say. Coming up with 250 character is should not be a requirement

Excellent vehicle, but horrible dealer experience

I've been very impressed with the car itself, but disappointed that it is not the Prestige trim that I wanted. The dealer knew that I only wanted the Prestige trim, but he deceived us into purchasing one that was not a Prestige, and refused to do anything besides trading it at full depreciation for the correct vehicle (one day later). Since then, all attempts to rectify the problem have been met by lies from the dealership and its representatives culminating in the comment (but said in a nicer way), "So sue us".

Genesis G80 personal review

The vehicle is a stylish and efficient vehicle to drive and to own. I am quite satisfied with the performance and I get excellent mileage while driving the car at maximum speed or slightly higher. The audio system is superb and the controls are very accessible. Egress is acceptable, but while I have had few in the rear seat, I have noticed it's small. Thats an acceptable price to pay for the elegant styling, however! The interior is beautiful and I like it better than any other car I have owned. In short, I'd recommend the vehicle to anyone who was interested in a vehicle in its class.

Great Car

This is my second Genesis G80 Sport, the 2023 model has significant improvements. Genesis has continued to improve their cars over the years. They do a great job of monitoring the industry and adding those features to their high end cars. I am huge fan of the car line, and will continue to purchase this vehicle.

2023 Genesis G80 One Year Anniversary Review

The Genesis G80 excels and exceeds Cadillac, Lexus, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz in all categories. Only exception is a more limited voice recognition/control system compared to BMW and Mercedes-Benz whereby those two vehicle brands excel and exceeds expectations.

Love so much we bought 2 cars g70 , g 80

Car is fun to drive love the handing the look me and my wife drove my g80 from Orlando to Vegas was very comfortable and I’m 6 ft 9 was great on fuel also looking forward to many more trips we take it to our bowling trips and no problem carrying 12 plus bowling balls !

Great Car, but poor paint quality & lousy customer service

The car is comfortable, powerful and attractive. However, we had issues with the paint & despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue they were never able to fix the problem. We made multiple calls into customer service but never got a response. The dealership tried as well, but again, no response. Genesis has good service at the dealership level, but really bad customer service at the Genesis level .

Happy Driver

Great car! The access and use of interior climate controls needs to be addressed as mentioned in the survey response so that the driver does not have to take eyes off the road in order to utilize. Move the blind spot alert to a better position so it canbe seen without taking eyes off the road.

This one is mine

First time buying a new car for me. I am so satisfied. Great car with plenty of comfort. Enjoy the massaging seats during driving helps too keep you awake. Lots of quickness even with the four cylinder vehicle. Ordered a version that I waited 3 months for had too drive 2hrs too get this vehicle.
