Helpful and patient and quick
Fabian was a huge help in getting me into my new hybrid Tucson. He was kind, patient and helpful in his approach towards myself and my mom. The sales portion went by smoothly, however the business office person was a bit rash and mildly argumentative when it came to selling his additional “extended insurance”. For that reason i would only recommend this location as a 9/10. Thank you Fabian!

Wonderful car buying experience
I highly recommend working with Nazy at Lee Johnson Hyundai for your next purchase. My wife and I went in to check out the Santa Fe, Tucson, and Ionic 5 and Nazy set us up with each option to test drive. She did not try to pressure us into anything and listened to our wants and needs.

A month or so later when we finally figured out what we wanted, we contacted her again and she gave us the best deal of anyone in town. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable through the whole process.

Thank you Nazy, we love our new Tucson and will be returning for our future car needs!

We purchased a 2025 hybrid Tuscon in November. Nazy spent quite a bit of time with us, she never pressured us, and never rushed us. She was an excellent guide through the whole decision and purchasing process. She knows Hyundai's cars very well and gave us tremendous customer service. Highly recommend Nazy and this dealership!

Service Dept is awful!
Had windshield wiper issue, took 8 weeks to get the car in and they didn't fix the issue. Now my wipers are stuck in the on steady position. Called back, have to wait 7 weeks to be seen. Car isn't drivable this way, they refused to expedite service or provide a loaner or rental. I will never go back to this dealer and I will never buy another Hyundai again.

The car rental was only available to us for a few more days. We went into Lee's Johnson Hyundia of Everett to just ask advice and see if they could help us . Lee looked at all options for us and we found the perfect replacement. Nazy had to take over because Lee had another appointment and she stayed with us till we got all the paper work done at 10:30 pm. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Top notch customer service and care. Thank you for making us feel so relieved and happy.

Exceptional service for drive in query
Have used Lee Johnson for a few years for appointment services. Always great service. However, I happened to just drive to ask a question about my break lights apparently not working. Long story.
Anyway Eric immediately checked them out and both bulbs were burnt out. He then removed one unit and. I went to parts to get two new bulbs. Both bulbs were then replaced, all good. Total time less that 15 minutes.
Exceptional service for just a drive in, expecting just a check. Difficult to do without help.

10/10 Experience Buying the Hyundai Kona N Line
I recently purchased the 2024 Hyundai Kona N Line, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

Dealership great, vehicle not so much!
I purchased a vehicle over $50k but there were several scratches in the paint and inside door panel had a flaw! The dealership was great in addressing these issues but I would think when your purchasing a new vehicle over $50k that you would not need to a door and hood repainted along with the door panel replaced!

I’ve never been happy buying a new car, until now
Fabian was awesome from the beginning. Understanding of what we were looking for and was able to very quickly compensate when the car we wanted to look at sold before we got there.
He got us an equivalent vehicle to test drive, and located the exact one we wanted before we got back from the drive. It was on the lot the next day.
Trade in was fair. I traded a very low mileage car that wasn’t worth quite as much as I’d hoped. After the deal was finished, I checked several other dealers for vehicles comparable to my trade. They offered trade value was spot on and I couldn’t have asked for a better deal!

Even the finance guy was likable. He reminded me of an actor that I cannot place. Explained everything well and was very efficient.

By the time I took delivery of my last new Chevrolet, my wife was crying and I was screaming at the sales manager. Hyundai has a customer for life!

Horrible AND rude service
They refuse to help get us into service when the car has faulty parts, the engine is failing because of the cheap parts and shoddy construction. This is our second car from them our first car had problems with the engine as well but before they would at least try to get us in immediately and had good customer service. Now we are treated rudely and wont be seen till moths later, even when it is an emergency caused by their recalls. They seem to be using the boom in business to construct a new building for them just to be negligent towards their costumers new or loyal to them. We will never be giving our business to this company again.

BAD Car Service
I am an Army Veteran and cancer patient. i tell you this because to me time AND MONEY AREVERY IMPORTANT Last January I brought my car to Hyundai of Everett. I wanted someone who knows Hyundai cars. My keys were lost immediately. Somehow, I ended up paying for. After $2600 and a year of waiting and getting my car back still broken, they now want me to pay another $3000 to fix this problem THIS IS AFTER A YEAR.

Honest Pricing and Extremely helpful.
We have been shopping for a tuscon all weekend, Lee johnson was the only dealer that had it at a fair price. We have been charged more than 10,000 for the same car. They were also very helpful with everything we need. The whole process too an hour and we walked away with the car.
