Hyundai Service Depatment
If I don't have to use the Hyundai Service Department Side I won't. I took my car in for an oil change/tire rotation/tire balance @ 7:30 am. Service Manager standing right next to me @ 7:37am with 3 open bays to my right and open bays to my left, I told service manager I would be back. I was Helping a buddy and was pre-occupied helping him until it dawned on me it was getting late, however no phone call from Hyundai service department at all, I eventually asked my buddy to take me back to Hyundai arrived back at 12:20pm and waited 10 minutes for service agent to get to me. Service agent said my car was lost in the shuffle after I left and been gone for 5 hours, really, although I was next up @ 7:37 am in the morning. Waited another (hour) to get my car serviced for an oil change/tire rotation/ tire balance.
No apology or explanation from the manager. From the guy who was standing right next to me @ 7:37 am and even had the audacity to (still charge) me for the tire balance that's not included with the standard (basic) 7,500-mile service (EVEN) though my car got lost in the shuffle for (5) hours. WoW. What a pathetic situation and this is just a portion as there is much more that would take another three paragraphs to describe how pissed off the service manager made me and the lack of concern and empathy this guy had.
I had to keep my cool to get home to our 17-year-old Chihuahua Jack Russell mix because she was dying, and anytime I would spend more time away from her than I thought was necessary I would get an anxiety attack so I had to stay even keeled so I wouldn't get in trouble and cause further delay...long story short.
If I can (AVOID) using the Hyundai Service Department Side I will.
If you can use the Nissan Service Department (w/Matthew) I would
