Great Car For Those Looking To Make Their Dollars Go A Long Way
An absolute dream to drive with spacey interior and great handling and features. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving this car around town and up and down from Cedar Park to Austin. The car is great for tall people like myself and its super easy to get into and out of, plus the keyless entry system makes opening the doors for passengers a breeze. I am particularly impressed by the safety features on this car, particularly the lane safety features which help me ensure I'm staying in the lane when I might end up slightly drifting to the side too much, and the proximity indicators on the mirrors, which help me double check if a car might have suddenly crept up on me after I checked my blind spot (it happens, some people do go a little faster than expected when your changing lanes).
As for the downsides, there are a few, however most of them aren't major. For example the interior build quality could be improved: most of it is hard plastic which whilst incredibly functional, may not be to everyone's tastes. Personally I find it fine and it doesn't detract from the car at all, but others may wish to buy upgrades if this is a concern. The other slight concern is that the interior and exterior lighting are good but not what I would call "great". They work for sure, but I still feel that they could be brighter overall. If this is a concern for you, then you may want to consider upgrading the exterior lighting to something a bit brighter.
Finally, and this is the main concern, is the engine sometimes doesn't quite get up to speed as well as it should. 90% of the time this is not an issue: if you step on the gas the car will kick in and it will pick up speed, however there are occasions, particularly when starting from standstill and when trying to go above 60 MPH, where the car may take longer to kick into gear. This will usually result in a high rev, after which the car will pick up speed as expected. That being said my car is a car without the turbo upgrade, and I have heard that the turbo version of the engine does solve most of these issues. So if this is a concern for you, then definitely consider the turbo upgrade, however in most cases you shouldn't have a major issue unless fast acceleration is a big issue for you.
