Hyundai 2020 Palisade

Beautiful styling and performance. Interior lighting does not work at night, rear tailgate is heavy and hard to open, Blue Link does not work. Needs automatic lift tailgate and interior lighting that works.

Palisade Odor

The foul odor inside my palisade still exists after 5 attempts to remove it over the 9 months since my vehicle purchase. Not sure how serious Hyundai is taking the problem. Not only is it embarrassing to have others get into my vehicle, I actually get a sore throat when driving it.

My Palisade Limited is an amazing vehicle!

I purchased a new Palisade Limited in July of 2020. On my first road trip, I averaged 25 mpg and that was not babying it. The adaptive Cruze is amazing. Even in heavy traffic, the car would slow to a complete stop following traffic when it came to a stop and accelerate back to the set speed when traffic picked up! An all around comfortable and excellent driving experience!

Great ride!

This is a very comfortable vehicle with outstanding features! It looks great too! Lots of storage and great leg room. It’s exterior is sharp looking and the interior is just as nice. Would highly recommend it.

Palisade, I waited for you!

I waited for this vehicle to come. After loving my husband’s Genesis, and the fact that Genesis at this time had no SUV model, I researched, read reviews, visited dealerships and test drove both Palisade and Telluride. The bold, sophisticated look of The Palisade had at hello, the drive and features sealed the deal!

The Pallisade exceeded my expectations for a large, family vehicle. It is comfortable and roomy. We take advantage of all the cup holders, chargers, and USB ports. I like the ease of updating the software.

Safety and Comfort

My Palisade is very comfortable and I feel very safe when driving the vehicle on the freeway and off! This vehicle can hold 6 passengers and two big dogs comfortably. I like how high the drivers seat can go while driving and to safely drive and navigate all obstacles!

Excellent vehicle, great value. Good mileage. Excellent interior and electronics. Like the Apple Play interface and phone charger. Meets all our needs. Could use wider storage access, power steering wheel adjustment. Flow Hyundai an excellent dealership.

I love this car. It rides and handles great. I love the looks of it and it is so comfortable to drive. I love that I can see the whole lane beside me when the turn signal is on no more worrying about blind spots. Also the whole surrounding view is great.

Love my Palisade

This has been the perfect vehicle for my family if 4. As soon as I test drove it, I knew it was for me. The space is great, the drive is smooth, and it has fantastic amenities. I’ve had the Palisade for a year now and absolutely love it.

Review

Safety was key when choosing this vehicle, I was blindsided with those options however… I should have looked more into the day to day function such as the entertainment and stuff I took advantage of in my other vehicles. Such as SiriusXM, driver/passenger arm rests, excessive wind noise.

I don't know what this means.

I like my Palisade very much. My best car ever. I get lots of unsolicited comments on it. It is unfortunate that I am incapable of taking advantage of many of its features, because I do not have the sophistication to do so, and am overwhelmed by the literature provided.

Great value

I love everything about this vehicle except the odor of the interior. Mine is a Limited model with the Nappa leather beige interior. Apparently the material used for the headrests caused an unusual odor. It took some research , on my part, to determine this was finally identified as the source by Hyundai. It would have been nice if they would have replaced them as soon as I complained. Instead I had to have the dealer try deoderizer, which was useless and a waste of my time. They finally agreed to replace them. Now we'll see how long that takes. Other than that, I love everything about the vehicle.

Incredible ride, awesome technology,so many creature comforts I can’t list them. This Palisade is the limited version with every option. Other than a tailgate motor repair, and oil changes, I have to had to go back to the dealership with this car. This Pallisade is a home run for Hyundai. Rides like a German SUV. Great response and feedback on the road, quiet, and an awesome sound system.

I bought this car because of the dependability of hyundai cars and the warranty. The piece of mind knowing it is a safe vehicle is very comforting. I was a bit worried a buying a first year vehicle due to any "bugs", but so far nothing.
