Love, love this vehicle!

Best vehicle we ever bought! Comfortable, plenty of room, place to put my purse, great features! Good gas mileage, love the heated seats and steering wheel. Handles great in the snow! Lots of leg room and enough seats to fit the grandkids!

Another Hyundai from a super dealership

This is 5th Hyundai from Speck Hyundai in Pasco. Good vehicles all but the dealership is what keeps me coming back. Friendly people, excellent service, no high pressure sales tactics. If all Hyundai dealers were like Speck Hyundai they would be top selling brand in the country. Hyundaicis an excellent product but that is meaningless with a bad dealer.

I totally love it also so fordable.

I love every feature of our SUV are dogs and daughters love it. When my husband told me about the SUV I wasn’t sure about it I was used to German cars but once I saw it and I drove it I realize how extremely amazing it was.

Fun vehicle to drive. Filled with lots of safety features. (limited model) Get good complements from everyone on styling. Interior is very nice. Leather seats are very comfortable. Overall very pleased with Palisade after one year of use.

Excellent

Great and comfortable. Very much enjoy driving it. I will be towing my trailer this summer with it. I bought my Palisade brand new and really haven't found anything I don't like about it except the sensors are a little to touchy.

My favorite vehicle that i have ever purchased so far. It is easy to drive, easy on gas, easy to learn how everything works and all the helpful safety features. I also like how the seats go up and down so easily.

Maybe at a later date this vehicle will offer a rear entertainment unit and an exit handle for the driver side, an update download to the information system that would allow prior year models to receive the soothing sounds on the radio.

I Love My Palisade; unfortunately, I did not get my SUV loaded, but the next one I purchase will have all the bells and whistles. I would definitely like a sunroof, navigation, and an automatic power trunk lift

Palisade is a classy ride.

This is a high end luxury vehicle for the price. I bought the 2020 Palisade SEL with the convenience package which I believe is a must. I also believe because of that there is no need for paying another $10k for the Limited. My only complaints would be the wind noise on the drivers window. Also it won't seal properly while driving at moderate speeds. The speakers are also a tad unimpressive. Overall, it's the best vehicle I've owned!!

Great vehicle so far

We haven't been able to do much driving as we got this vehicle right at the time the lock downs were starting, so just a lot of local driving. But it is very comfortable and lots of cargo space which at the time was what we needed. But due to the impact of the Covid bug and the draconian lock downs the main purpose of getting this vehicle has been eliminated. Had we known we would probably have gone with another Santa Fe instead. That said this is a very good vehicle, and hopefully we will be able to do some long road trips in the near future.

I have had several Hyundai vehicles and this is probably the last for me or family and friends. Interior noise is terrible and Hyundai corporate pretty much said sorry about your luck, It's in the design.

Not a truck

I’ve owned three trucks over the past twenty years and loved them, but my wife has patiently waited for something that isn’t a truck and the Palisade is it. Not a truck, but it is a great vehicle. It looks great and performs extremely well. I think this is a good way to ease me out of my love for trucks.

Since I bought the SUV I noticed road noise when I get on the highway. It’s so loud that you can’t even hear people on the phone. I brought this to the attention of the dealership at the first oil change.They told me Hyundai is working on the issue

Great vehicle if it wasn’t for the noise issue

Overall, I would say it’s a great vehicle. Interior is top of class. Exterior is solid. A definitive fix needs to be found to eliminate the front driver’s door wind noise issue. Other than that, some refinement on the exterior style and add a few more factory options for exterior trim and this vehicle should blow away the competition. Should be a 9, but giving it a 6 for recommending it to other people due to the wind noise issue.
