Palisaide is Great

Great look and feel. I love the big screen. I get lots of compliments on the exterior look. I have had it for one year and no problems. We are considering another Hyundai for my Wife. It is big enough for many people and still handles well in the city.

Great Vehicle for a Great Price!

We absolutely love this vehicle and you can't beat the standard accessories compared with other manufacturers and Hyundai has the best warranty out there. This is the second Palisade that we have owned and we will more than likely stay with this model. A few things to note - we had to shop around dealerships to find a dealer that didn't tack on to the MSRP because these vehicles were hard to get. At the height of COVID, some dealerships in Virginia charged $2,500.00-$5,000.00 above MSRP, especially if the vehicle was on the lot. This practice has somewhat stopped, but when I purchased my current Palisade, they were still adding on this fee. As far as I'm concerned, I would drive to an adjoining state or fly to another state, just to buy it at MSRP. Lastly the Palisade Calligraphy is the newer version of the Limited. I purchased the 2020 Limited and it had all of the bells and whistles. When I went to purchase the 2023 Limited, some of the standard accessories that came with the 2020 Limited were now only available in the Calligraphy for basically 3k dollars more. While I wouldn't call it a scam, if it walks like a duck... Also something to consider, visit different dealerships if there is more than one within close range of your home. We have have had very different experiences at each dealership with both sales and service and there are some that we will not take our vehicle to for service, even if it's covered under warranty. With all that being said, we are very satisfied with the overall quality of the Palisade and will more than like select another Hyundai for our next purchase.

Hyundai Palisades is my kind of vehicle!

Awesome style, color, safety features, entertainment and navigation system. Comfortable and ease of driving. Spacious and great for long road trips. Cargo area is great for assisting elderly for wheelchair or walker needs. Great for pets too and I love the extra seats that are adjustable for use.

Great vehicle very Happy.

Just concerned about the dealing with the Tow Package and misunderstanding of what I needed in the vehicle at time of purchase. I was told it was equipped and was not. Total misunderstanding. The timing of parts needed to complete the work and lack of availability over the last year. I have had to ask a friend to complete the task of towing different equipment to facilities for maintenance.

Completely satisfied and happy with the build quality, performance and durability of the car. Love the safety features. Very robust and doesn’t let you make mistake. Highway driving assist is the icing on the cake. Never failed and exuberates a lot of confidence.

Nanny state automatic lock that cannot be disabled and underpowered engine

Hyundai engineers don't respect you. They decided no person would ever want to leave their own car unlocked in their own garage, so they built in a "feature" that automatically locks the vehicle for you if you don't open a door soon enough after unlocking the car with the fob. In practice, this almost always means putting down everything you're carrying out to the car to dig the fob back out of your pocket to re-unlock the vehicle. Do this in the cold and snow or pouring rain often enough, and it gets old and tiresome pretty quickly. Hyundai could have allowed owners to disable this "feature" but chose not to. I did not discover this "feature" until it was too late.

Luxury car for buying vegetables

The car is handsome and the materials are good, but it is flawed. Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a little uncomfortable. The steering wheel is not heavy or light, which is very uncomfortable. The high speed is not stable enough.

Great styling and excellent safety features.

Great safety features. Excellent styling with almost all desired features one could want. Road noise is a little much. Could be OEM tires or underbody cover that runs the length of car. No factory in stalled hidden hitch was disappointing.

Nice styling

Great car. Floats a little while driving. Too much cabin noise.Need more exterior colors. The outside camers should be more durable. Hyundai is a great manufacturer and has come a long way from their beginings.

BEST CAR FOR THE VALUE & PERFORMANCE

We have high end cars (Range Rover, Porche, Benz, BMW and Lexus) and this is the first time ever getting a Hyundai. I was shocked by the performance and the pricing! Highly recommend the Palisade Calligraphy!

Nice car, lacking in some of my expectations

I like the comfort of the vehicle, but I was expecting to be able to tow a trailer. The wiring harness issue with the Palasade was not revealed to me upon the purchase of the vehicle. I also expected better fuel mileage than what I get. I regret trading a truck for this vehicle.

Love Our Palisade

We purchased our Palisade new, Things I was looking for were a comfortable ride, roominess in front, middle and back seating. Endless amenities were all huge plus. The storage area and opportunity for additional storage by folding down the third row was a major requirement for us. The Palisade fit every want and need we had and I love driving it. We test drove one other make of a popular comparable vehicle and it didn't even come close to the comfort of the .Palisade.

Love my Hyundai Palisade. Very reliable and comfortable. The 3rd row seat is a plus. Bluetooth works well. Love the look of the black front grill and head lights. Comfortable seating. The app is very helpful.

Parts availability is very bad, a car is very easy to steel

I really like Hyundai cars, but we had to switch to a car that has its parts available and is harder to steal. We will not suggest Hyundai to anyone for these two reasons. In DC, they are only stealing Hyundai's, and unless you have a garage, don't buy one - even if their key gets stuck in the ignition , insurance will total your car. No service would repair it. When our car got hit, we had to wait 4 months for parts.
