Love My Hyundai

My small truck does everything I need it to do no more no less. It’s perfect for my lifestyle. I use my Santa Cruz every weekend to hall my mini motorcycles to the go cart track and back. With all the gear I need for the day. It’s the perfect vehicle for people who don’t need a large truck but something with a little mor capacity than a hatch back. And the ability to carry larger things like mini bikes.

Great fusion of a truck and a car

The Santa Cruz is perfect for me. It drives like a car and hauls like a truck. I throw stuff in the back and lock the tonneau cover and not worry about it. The AWD works great, I live in rural MT and enjoy the peace of mind it gives me to know I can get where I need to go. The ventilated front seats are wonderful on a hot day.

Fabulous vehicle

Meets all my needs. Attractive. Efficient. Worry-free. Has room of a truck but drives like a sedan. Nice power. All good. Liked better than similar vehicles by Ford, Honda, etc. Works well for my needs.

Breaking & Sensor issues

Love my truck for it’s looks and features but: Dealing with multiple issues already: breaks, weird noises, engine shaking, gear shift issues. Not able to get the help needed to fix the problems has been a fight with Hyundai warranty to resolve these matters.

Would buy another!!

The ride is very smooth. Storage areas are great. It has a nice sleek design. The warranty is the best in the market, and also has complimentary maintenance. I am so glad that I chose to buy this model.

Eng light before 30,ooo miles dealer ship not help full at all will never buy another one

Not a very good car so far. dearler ship not help full at all the worst dealer ship i ever had to deal with can't evan change oil with out a problem and when you have one they are no help at all.recall take to long and you must rent a car.

Fun Vehicle

Everything has been wonderful except the three year free maintenance package which they try to charge every other service😒although I only put 8,000 miles a year on this vehicle the maintenance package was important at the time of the sale. Very disappointing!

Best Vehicle I have ever owned

This truck is a solidly built awesome looking high tech driving machine. The safety features work perfect. I love the 360 degree camera. The ride is Today is 1 year anniversary of owning my Santa Cruze. Today a person commented on how cool the truck looked. That has been going on all year long.

Love this little truck.

I have owned many full sized trucks over the years and very seldom did I use their capability. The Santa Cruz gives me everything I need in a smaller package. Fuel economy, enough towing capacity, quiet, comfortably, yet sporty ride, and kick butt acceleration with the turbo. Hauls my kayak, paddle board, fishing and hunting gear with space to spare.

Pretty on the outside, pretty small on the inside

Design gets looks, plan a little extra time at gas stops. Although it only holds 15 gallons so a lot. of these encounters. First thing I recommend after purchase is put some screen mesh behind the grill to protect radiator. Nothing worse traveling on vacation and get a rock hit radiator. Then no radiator to be found within 5 states.

Love the features hate the transmission

Transmission went out on brand new truck 28 days after purchase. Transmission went out again exactly 9000 miles after they replace the first transmission. Transmission went out again one week after they fix the second transmission. After that I told him I was trading it in or filing for the lemon law. .
