Great little truck

This is a great little truck, plenty of room for all of needs as small bar owners. We're able to haul cases and kegs easily without worrying about beer getting all over the interior and can easily spray out the bed if something spills.

Nice car/truck

Didn’t intend to buy a Santa Cruz when I went into the dealership, but one just came in off the ship, and there was no others available and I thought it would be fun to see. Ended up buying the car because of its fun chunky, athletic luck and felt like a car, but very utilitarian.

I get thumbs up from bystander all the time. When we stop at stores people are constantly coming up wanting to know what kind of truck I have and how much they like it. It makes me very proud to own a truck everyone seems to love

nice little truck

It does what it was supposed to do. A nice little truck. Don't need a larger truck. Nice looks, nice ride, good gas mileage, nice storage. No towing package, but don't need that. Easy to park and fits in the garage. Easy to clean and work on.

Fun to drove

Luv the truck. Not happy with the dealer. They changed me for a 12 month maintenance package. Maintenance comes with the vehicle for the 1st year or so depending on how you drive. SMH. Please read and re-read all those forms they slide in front of you. Sad.

Love Santa Cruz

The Santa Cruze is perfect for me and my lifestyle. I do a bit of home remodeling but not a lot. The bed can accommodate a 4x8 sheet of plywood and drywall. It can also handle 10 foot long lumber but nothing longer. It is the perfect fit for me at this time in my life.

Love this truck!

Nice truck for the price. Local dealership (Southern Pines) almost had me looking elsewhere for an entirely different auto maker based on the experience there and what they were charging for the truck. Greensboro NC dealership was awesome.

Transmission failed after 12000 KM

Up until this week we loved our 2022 Santa Cruz. After 12000 KM the transmission has failed. Transmission is also on back order. We did not do any long distance road trips, just basic suburban/city driving over the 1.5 years we have had the vehicle. Very disappointed.

Beautiful but flawed

Vehicle has a beautiful design, but with the engine problems, I incurred and the electric problems with the instrument cluster. I would not consider buying this car ever again. I am really surprised that Hyundai made such a poor quality vehicle. I thought they were as good as Japanese vehicles, but I was wrong.

Awesome truck

Excellent truck. Handles well, roomy, inside is very nice, comparable to an upscale SUV. Good layout of dashboard, sporty looking. Able to haul a decent amount. Well built, classy exterior, drives smoothly.

One fone vehicle from two great sales representatives at one great dealership!

Since 2012 we have purchased 8yundais from this dealership. They have ranged from a 2012 Sonata, 2016 Azera, 2017 Tuscon, (2) 2022 Santa Cruz, , 2023 Sonata, 2023 Elantra and another 2023 Elantra. My loyalty to Hyundai is due to high quality vehicles but more important the sales team of Michael Patton and Bill Parante!

Versatile and fun to drive

The unique styling and configuration makes the Santa Cruz a versatile and fun vehicle to drive but it also provides great comfort and convenience. The performance is excellent with the combination of a turbo charged 4 cylinder engine and double clutch transmission and AWD provides a confident sure-footedness that sticks to the road.

Great little truck, fun to drive. Has more interior room than it looks. Lots of cool features like cooler in rear bed. Stereo system great. Seats are comfortable recline and adjustable. Really like the heat/cool function.

Drawbacks are no legroom in the back, I don't like the way you have to unlock the car by slipping your hand into the handle and the blind spot indicator on the outside mirror should be on the inside windshield post

Best Hyundai ever driven

I have leased and bought Hyundais for last 20+ years. I am currently leasing the 2022 Santa Cruz turbo and it’s the fastest most amazing Hyundai I have ever driven. So much so I can’t wait to continue to lease them after this lease is up. It drives so incredibly easy, smooth, fast, perfect handling and awesome to have a pick up and I find there is plenty of room in back seat. The sun roof is a bonus but the turbo engine is absolutely one of the best parts as I would never have though a pick up could drive as fast and handle this well. It’s my favorite car I have ever leased and highly recommend

Great truck

The dealership where we bought it was very helpful and they still are. I love the way it looks and we both enjoy long drives in it. It seems that every small detail and function of the truck are a cut above what I'm used to.Everywhere we go we get compliments on it,people stop us and ask questions about it.
