Friendly and perfect

Went to the dealership on a Sunday seen the Santa Cruz and was very interested in it. Then we went and came in and found out what they would give us for a trade and that was a reasonable amount. We sat down and discuss details. Purchased a car and everything is great.

A Not-Button Issue

If you want comfort, utility and cool - this is the car. It's fun to drive, it's got a little bed you can get dirty and the interior makes you feel like you've paid more than you did. If you want buttons, this is not the car. The entertainment system, air system, navigation - even the speedo and odometer use touch screen controls exclusively and they are tiny. It's no understatement to say that those controls are all totally unusable if the car is in motion. It would endanger myself and everyone else on the road to adjust the speed of the air circulation. I have made peace with this and figure it all out before I put it in drive but it is definitely annoying to feel like I have to either stop or put my life at risk to use 95% of my dash.

It was Great

Vehicle is great! I already filled out your complete survey and commented on every aspect. We love the Santa Cruz, had a great experience buying it. We now have two Hyundais and enjoy both of them. Will consider Hyundai the next time we change vehicles which we hope is not soon based on Hyundais reliability and warranty.

Throttle Stuck causing accident

My throttle Stuck and I was involved in an accident. I took photos and videos of the issue. I brought to dealer who duplicated throttle being stuck. They called corporate who told them to put it on safety containment and park it outside. After 35 days I called back and corporate told them to pull it back in and try to duplicate again so they could have computer logs. Could not duplicate as this is a temperature dependent issue. 25F and under. Corporate the. Told them to release my already wrecked vehicle with not even 150 miles on it with no repair. This makes no sense as I myself have been in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Very dangerous game that is being played here.

Pretty Great

It’s a unique vehicle that still feels familiar to drive. I’ve received several compliments on it, the baby blue color is really pretty. If you’re looking for a small SUV I’d really consider this as a more standout option.

Not sure.

This is a new vehicle on the market. I had looked at the Jeep truck but it was too expensive and most keeps are awkward to drive. The Santa Fe Cruz is very comfortable to drive. Looking forward to the future with our new vehicle.

Nice but have sensor issues ?

Nice small truck ,good for drive in city , but need fix sensor problem is dangerous. Need call for recall is not safe this happened when turn left. I do not what I do . I hope this is fix sooner

Good gasoline mileage love the style fun to drive

I have only started the journey with the Santa Cruz I hope to have many enjoyable experiences. The safety issues are of concern not able to clear windshield in poor weather conditions is a problem and the hood appears to be loose not secure while driving it looks like it bounces up and down. And of course the scratches that are on it from when I took delivery the loose exterior door molding and excessive window noise while windows are closed.

Was in the market for a Small Pickup...Upon seeing the Santa Cruz it met both my needs. Comfortable and Versatile. It meets all my needs while looking fantastic. Bonus free maintenance and 10 year warranty what else could I ask for.

Not a real truck

I thought this vehicle would be good on my farm. But, I couldn't get a single sheep in the back, let alone my donkey. The interior tore on day two and the damn blinkers come on by themselves. I thought this was a Korean car, but it feels like it was made in Russia.

Awesome vehicle

I would recommend this car to anyone! It is fun to drive and very comfortable and has a lot features that high end cars have! The truck bed is perfect size for a lot of things and the cover seals great! Love this car

Best car-truck combo on the market

If you are used to a car, but also need the flexibility and hauling capability of a truck, the Santa Cruz is hands-down the best choice. It is so well designed, and is a pleasure to drive. They've thought of everything. For the price of a car, you get every convenience of a compact truck with all the bells and whistles, including leather seats, navigation system, and sunroof. Oh, and also comprehensive cameras for blind-spot coverage, backing up and parking. It's a comfortable ride with heated AND cooled seats as needed. I can't say enough good things about our Santa Cruz!

Woo hoo!

This vehicle is not only sexy but drives great! Easy to get I'm and out of. It's like you're sliding right in. Who knew that my disabled mother would be able to slide into a truck! The only aspect I would change is the fuel efficiency. Make it a Hybrid - yo!

Electrical issues too soon

Love the car, but having electrical problems with only 1600 miles on car. Dealer can't look at for 3 weeks. I am concerned that next time check engine light comes on, I may get stranded. Not feeling good about this.

Exciting truck for the times

The appearance and styling is by far the best in its class. I would have purchased a Subaru Brat, but not available. I also like the Hilux, but it’s not sold here. I love being able to enter and exit the vehicle comfortably.

GREAT SMALL TRUCK, GREAT VALUE, And Stylish

In all honesty this was my 2nd choice by just a little, but a much cheaper choice. Also, the first choice had a year waiting limit. After the purchase, I actually didn't regret this purchase at and probably prefer this vehicle over the the first choice. Only thing better with the first choice was the gas milage. I like this vehicle in all other ways besides the milage per gallon ratio.
