Service and Sales exceptional

Very happy with Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland This is the fourth vehicle I/we purchased from Heritage Hyundai. Completely satisfied with both sales (Stan) and the service department. Very friendly, professional in every way. Recommend this dealership to friends, family and associates. The 2012 is very comfortable and reliable. I have not tried the AWD in snow conditions as of yet. All equipment and accessories work well.

Great Vehicle!

First Hyundai I have had since I first began driving. I love this vehicle. Almost 75k miles, and no problems..I keep it serviced by dealer. Bought a Honda once and had problems....will stay with Hyundai!

Best car I've ever had!

So I've previously had an accord and Camry but both were VERY old and had over 100,000 miles on them. I got my Santa Fe with 17 miles on it and was quite nervous about the quality at first. But I have to say my Hyundai has been the most dependable car in my family! I've done routine maintenance on it (such as oil changes, filters changed, etc) and had the brakes and tires changed after 4 years of driving. The tire company couldn't believe those were still the stock tires on a 2012 car! I just had my 100,000 mile service and continue to love my Santa Fe.

Love my SUV

I love my SUV. I think it is nicely equipped, rides well. The Hyundai warranty & road side assistance offer great peace of mind. I bought this with the intention of passing the car to my sons. It'll definitely last.

2012 Santa Fe

Love my 2012 Santa Fe with 26k miles. Suits me, my two dogs, and frequent big box store visits just fine. Just the right size for me and my lifestyle (5 passenger plus cargo area). I would like better 23 MPGs but I don't go far, so it's not a major issue for me, but might be for those who drive more than I do. I do get better MPGs on rare, longer trips (est. 27). Turns on a dime and my V6 is spunky. Expect this truck with regular oil changes and planned service to last me a very long time. I always get my service done at the dealership so that any warranty issues can be caught and fixed pronto.

Hyundai santa fe 2012 model

I bought my Hyundai new at the recommendation of a friend. I have had many vehicles in the past including a number of jeeps. My vehicle is equal to or exceeds performance of the other vehicles, especially the price, and no need for premium gasoline.

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe

I bought my Santa Fe new in 2012 & have 106,000 miles on it. Keeping it til 200,000 miles. It is a great car. I have the 3.5 lye 6 engine. Good pick up & good mileage. Average 23-27.

Performance and comfort are Key

This has been a nice vehicle with good performance. The only issue I have is the tires that come with the vehicle. I maybe could have gotten 45,000 miles out of them, but had to change them at 33,000. They should be putting higher rating tires at least in the 65,000 range. That would make the customer feel better about the vehicle. Not too impressed with Bridgestone tires. You can't praise the advisers enough that Hyundai provides.

Would Definitely Buy Another

We bought our Sante Fe 5 years ago. I use it daily for work and travel on the weekends. When traveling, I generally have at lease two other people with me. Leg room in the back seat is definitely roomy. We have plenty of space for our luggage, plenty of cup holders and definitely plenty of places to plug in electronic devices. I get great gas mileage in both town and on the interstate. If I were looking to buy, I would definitely buy another Sante Fe. One of my friends, who travels with me, liked the vehicle so much, she bought one for herself.
