Nice car

I've generally like the car however it's had more recalls and problems in the year-and-a-half I've owned it than my Toyota did so far and 14 years. I even left out a part of the engine when the car was built. But when the car is running it's a really nice car

Hard to Beat a Hyundai Sonata

We have two Hyundais. A 2011 Genesis and our 2017 Sonata Hybrid. Love every part of this auto especially key safety features---lane assist, back-up camera, etc. So very comfortable; Infinity sound system super. Larger slide roof; pull down shades on back windows.

Smooth Ride

The fuel mileage is fantastic. For a hybrid the acceleration is smooth and quick. The handling in city traffic is responsive and highway traffic effortless. Very roomy both in the front and back. One drawback would be that the rear seats do not fold down. At this point in ownership I would highly recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Quality and Value

Averaging more than 40 MPG HWY, my Sonata adds fuel efficiency to my comfortable, spacious and stylish ride. The interior amenities provide me the entertainment and comfort that I prefer in the car during my lengthy commute. What I would consider a downside is that, as a Vegan, I wish that I could get the upgrades that I want without having to opt in for leather interior.

I am very happy with my Sonata Hybrid it is my 2nd one & love everything about this car....very ‘peppy’ performance, corners well, smooth ride & appreciate my low gas bills. It is truly a luxury car!

Good vehicle - couple of flaws that are a nusiance

Bought this car as a daily driver to/from work. approximately 22 miles with both high speed multi-lanes and narrow lows speed traffic/stop lights. I consistently meet or beat the predicted mpg. Great Value for the money. irks - sometimes when temps below 43 degrees it downshifts instead of upshifts (2nd to low when expecting 2nd to 3rd) with no real load. and it downshifts poorly under braking coming to a stop. This is often referred to as "sticky" or "touchy" brakes. Not the brakes, but rather as you brake, car is displaying "EV" (and mode is ECO) you get a hard downshift causing you to shift forward and thereby pressing harder on the brake pedal. I test drove their other newer hybrid vehicles and they see m to have that sorted out. Would think this would be a software update.. Otherwise, I do my best to recommend this car to any of my coworkers with longer drives... I am very happy with this vehicle to date (18K+ miles). Made trip to WI 2 times in dead of winter (+850 miles) and only need one stop for fill up so can pick best price stations anywhere and make it. Note best mpg as calculated 47.2 mpg on 10% ethanol, 50.2 mpg on regular (no ethanol), all with ave of 5mph over posted speed limits (min of stop/40 max of 75 mph). Great trunk space on a hybrid tooooooooo......

Awesome car

Great car, great fuel economy, great styling, great features. Adds all up to a car that blows awY the competition such as the Accird Hybrid or others. Add to that the 10 year 100K warranty and you have a winner.

Review

Gas mileage is around 50 per gallon, excellent and that's using AC and all. Comfortable as well. Blue leather pearl seating is really nice. The ventilation seating is also nice. I would prefer the navigation system much more over the android auto features.

Sonata Hybrid Hyundia

The performance, handling and the comfort of my vehicle is outstanding. Also the safety features workperfectly. Recently my wife was in an accident and our previous Sonata 2017 Hybrid was totaled. My wife walked away without a scratch. Two hours later I went straight to the Hyundia Dealer and ordered another Sonata Hybrid!!!

Great vehicle and very stylish looking.The seats are very comfortable.i love Apple play feature.The radio is excellent and love the heated and cooled seats are really nice.i will be a HYUNDAI Sonata Hybrid customer for a very long time

Best yet

This is the 4th Hyundai that i have owned and it is not only the best Hyundai but i think it's might be the best car that i have ever owned. I an 62 and have been buying cars since i have been 18. At least 20 cars.

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

It's the best car I ever had talking about price and product. Plus the guarantee package at least for me is unbelievable. Also having 3 kids Tha cabin room is bigger than all the other sedan 4 doors so it's gave the opportunity to travel long distances with all my family without expense a lot of money in gas. I'm very happy with my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.

Surprise

We came from an Acura and found better everything. All the instrumentation and controls are simple and intuitive. We barely opened the manual. Performs really well and haven’t had a single problem. We are very happy?

Did my homework, read all the reviews . . .

And the Hyundai Hybrid was my clear choice. It's a very smart car. Hate to admit this, but it might just be smarter (especially the safety features) than most of the people now driving. Myself included. Everyone of my friends who has ridden in the car were impressed with the comfort, ride and quietness. They were also very surprised at the warning alerts of other cars approaching from behind at speeds more than 10 miles faster than we were driving.

Quiet and economic!

Extremely economic! We have only had to fill the gas approximately once a month. We are retired now so don't drive as much but we seem to drive further. Soooo quiet! Has all the bells and whistles.

Love this car

My Sonata is fun to drive. The ride is very smooth and it is comfortable to ride in. All the features for safety make it a very safe car and helps with seeing other cars on the road. I like the smart cruise feature as we take road trips and it helps with slowing down and speeding up in traffic.
