Best Car I have ever owned!

This 2009 Hyundai Sonata GL V6 has been a great all around vehicle to drive. Easy handling, enormous power, smooth transmission, plenty of seating and storage room, and super gas mileage with an attractive appearance. I have owned 17 vehicles and this has been by far, my best purchase.

Family Hyundai, Tinley Park, IL

I have owned and driven this car for six years. I've never had trouble with it. People I know as well as other dealers, are always asking if I would like to sell it. I would definitely buy another Hyundai.

My first Hyundai but not my last

I do love my Hyundai Sonata. It has performed very well for me and because of that I may consider another Hyundai when I am ready. I bought this vehicle after a lot of research but mainly for the extended warranty. At this state of my life and now on a fixed income I couldn't afford to make a mistake on a money pit car. Since I didn't get a model with more bells and whistles and have had those in the past...I do hope a upgraded model will be affordable in the future. I would recommend Hyundai to anyone. It's a good reliable vehicle.

My 2009 Sonata is one zippy car. It's very responsive when you say GO! Comfort and handling are excellent. Mileage in around 20 MPG which is not good, but everything considered, acceptable. Were it not for the terrible road noise, there's nothing to wish for with this car.

Outstanding vehicle!

I bought this car, brand new, in May 2008. A combination of work miles and pleasure miles, I now have 277,000 miles on this car. I change oil regularly, I am on my 3 set of tires, no major maintenance expense to date. Just an outstanding vehicle and averaging over 33 mpg. I drive from Rochester MN to Dallas TX often, to visit grand kids. I can make it with only one stop around Kansas City, to fill up with gas and stretch the legs! Amazing!

Great car

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has all the power and room needed to make vacation, or local, travel enjoyable and comfortable. The styling of this model is to me more distinctive than the newer designs which I have great difficulty identifying against other makes. Still like this one.

Expected More

This vehicle has had many problems not covered under warranty since I got it. Service at Hyundai dealers is very expensive. The 10 year warranty covers relatively little. Electrical system and brake-related faults are frequent. Car is not very fuel efficient in the city.
