2022 Sonata

Car has reasonably good performance. Highway gas mileage has been above 40mpg on several trips, very pleased with mileage. Reasonably good ride. Good sized trunk. Large owners manuals Comfortable seating. adaptive cruise control works very well, lane guidance took a little getting used to to keep me between lines.

2022 Sonata Hybrid

Leased this vehicle approximately 4 weeks ago and have not been disappointed. This is the first hybrid I have owned and I must admit it takes a little getting used to. However it is a fun vehicle, the ride is terrific and the gas mileage is outstanding. I would lease this vehicle again without any hesitation

I have two problems with vehicle.

Not satisfied with start ups and shaking. The vehicle is cute but I had a problem with starting up one day at the light like the vehicle start shaking it wouldn’t pick up the start I had to cut the vehicle off to stop and I didn’t expect it out of a new vehicle .That was the purpose of me getting a new vehicle so I wouldn’t have no problems

Beautiful styling.

Price is very good for a good quality car. This is my 5th Hyundai. I always go back to Garvey hyundai and expect I always will. I find the sonata is a perfect fit for my lifestyle. The price is reasonable. .

A good vehicle

The vehicle sits to low to the ground. It drives well but the seats need to be a leather in all the car vehicles. A better detail shop the dealership should have so customer are not getting a have done job. An express oil change lane.

I enjoy using the Sonata Hybrid blue. What I enjoy most is the fuel efficiency and the exterior styling.

Overall I like the performance and design of the car. My only problem is the seats, they are not as comfortable as much, the materials gets stained easily and the design does not provide much comfort as expected.

Longevity

Not sure how long looks will last, as some areas seen very cheap. Seats are uncomfortable on long drives. Arm rests feel cheap with the thin plastic film they are covered with, as if it will crack within a few hot summers baking in the sun.

New Car Review on the '22 Sonata

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata. The car is a dream. It is manufactured well. It provides a smooth quiet ride, gets super gas mileage and has a great deal of the latest tech features. The exterior of the car has a flashy design, while the interior is both appealing and comfortable. The car is great for short hops as well as long trips. A well worth value to own.

Fun car to drive. Good price. Wish the exhaust sounded a bit more aggressive. Also rear wheel drive would be beneficial for the car. Overall really happy with the car. I do believe the n-live should have the blind spot cameras like the limited does.

Great car.... love how it handles and rides.

Love how this vehicle rides and handles. This is my fourth Hyundai ~ three Sonatas and one Elantra. Styling is great, have had many people comment about my new car. So far, I only have about 900 miles on it, I would purchase again.

It’s amazing

It’s literally like driving on water you can’t feel anything in a good way. The mileage is the best part for me because i drive to the base and it’s about a hour drive. But now I honestly look forward to it.

Good but quality has decreased

Quality of seating is terrible. I’ve owned two Hyundais previously and this is the worst. The price has gone up, but quality has gone down. The size of the new Sonatas have gone down too. Small commuter cars with good gas mileage should have comfortable seating.

It's a great value

I love everything about my Sonata, except the lack of widescreen and wireless Android Auto. The ride is nice and the technology is great in the vehicle. I love that it has vented seats, something you'll be hard to find at this price point. Honestly, it's the best car that I've ever owned. It's a shame about the lack of widescreen AA.

Interior Display looks very nice, we replace 2015 Hyundai sonata with 2022 under impression that whatever feature we got with 2015 should be included in this upgraded vehicle but we could not find HomeLink which for me very important to have and I found missing and felt very bad.

Great Styling, Decent Performance, Reasonable Price, Uncomfortable Driver Seat

This is a great competitor if you want a decent midsize. The styling is better than the new Camry and comparable to the Accord. The pricing is slightly better and the warranty is great. I have a problem getting in with my knees hitting the bottom of the steering wheel if I want to slide in one move so I have to sit and then scoot back, which is something I do not have to do with my Camry. This is the only small annoying thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars.

Hybrid - Blue trim

I’ve driven the car for a month and it feels solid/safe. It has good acceleration and can easily merge onto highway traffic. I compared it to the Honda Insight and felt overall the price/quality + warranties made it worth the purchase. There was also plenty of the Sonata Hybrid inventory so I got to pick the one I wanted in person.
