The best vehicle I have ever driven. It handles great, especially when it snows. I have the AWD Tucson. I tell everyone looking for a smaller suv that they should try the Hyundai Tucson.

We LOVE our Tucson! Excellent gas mileage. I drive 40 miles to work and always get over 30 miles to a gallon! I frequently get compliments on our car too!! We WILL purchase another Hyundai Tucson!!

reliable ride

We first leased this car and ended up buying it because it is one of the best cars I have ever driven. The only complaint I have is the suspension - a little rough. But I understand this has been resolved in newer models.

So far I like my Tuscon LTD very much. I feel safe driving in it. It's big but not too big. Driving it is easy. I see it as a woman's vehicle.

Tucson

I love my Tucson it is reliable. The only issues I had was with the traction light that kept going off but took it in and they took care of it at Puente Hill's Hyundai. The gas recall was an issue for this year but Hyundai has also provided the reimbursement which is a great compensation. Overall it's been a great car I can't complain. The care Hyundai does is also what makes owning a Hyundai so good....

2012 Tuscan LTD outstanding comfort, roomy, decent milage not the very best mileage though

I leased several High end SUV's just prior to buying my Hyundai Tuscan. I did this out of loyalty for an outstanding brand. Hyundai believes in their product, I had two other models an 2002 Elantra GLS (still going strong with > 200K miles!). On two occasions Hyundai took care of costly out of warranty repairs for me under warranty conditions. As a result, I stand by this brand and stopped buying the Fords, Mercury's and other USA made vehicles as they didn't believe in their vehicles its shameful the difference in warranty coverage. A Ford Escape got about 34mpg during the week I had my Hyundai Elantra in shop, Hyundai helped out with this expense so between my insurance emergency coverage and Hyundai I had a high end upgrade for pittance. But I have sworn off Fords, I went to VW but they took my presence for granted and I walked out on the salesman when I looked at the Beetle like model.

Great gas mileage. Heated seats are such a nice option to have. All-leather interior is super comfortable. Great control / handling, especially in the winter with AWD! Seats 4 people comfortably... 5 people, if you really need to. Being a "car" owner before, it took some getting used to hearing things in the "trunk" of the Tucson moving around during transit. I was disappointed to find that my golf clubs would not fit in this trunk, due to the wheel-wells occupying a significant amount of the lateral trunk space. So on golf days - I either need to fold down one of the rear seats & lay them front-to-back, or if I want to lay them side-to-side, I definitely need to use the entire back seat. Suspension on this compact SUV is pretty rigid (read: rough). You'll definitely feel every little bump on the road. I bought some new, cushier tires after 40K miles, to try to smoothen the ride. Also, the 2 cargo bars that span the width of the roof can create a howling noise if they are not positioned a certain way. If yours howl when you drive, try repositioning them - the sound will eventually go away.

Love my Tucson

I have had my Tucson since 2012 and have had no problems at all with it. Still looks like a fairly new car and still works great. I generally don't keep a car 5 years but no reason to get rid of this one. The only thing I wish is it had a bigger gas tank.
