Need to have better ability to handle recalls . Telling people not to park in garage until recall is complete. For me that is going to be a long time I guess as it has been over 5 weeks so far and still noo call from dealer (Gettel of Punta Gorda as to when I may get a call. My vehicles are vin km8j33alxku865894 with 7113 miles anvinkm8jaaal8ku896819 with 17100 miles . Purchased from Obrien Fort Myers a 35 mile drive from Punta Gorda.Should have down there for recall rather than Gettel. Gettel also charges 3 percent if not paid with cash,

New car

I didn't know what it was going to be like to change from a GM car to a Hyundai. It has been great. The first thing I noticed when I was driving home was that there were no blind spots when I looked out the windshield, the other thing I noticed was that the ride was so smooth.

I Love My Car

Love this car. This is my second Tucson, I would buy another one in the blink of an eye if I needed another car. The size is perfect for in city driving. easy to find a parking spot, turn radius is really tight which makes it easy to maneuver. Steering is also tight which makes it easy to get around in heavy traffic.

Solid Choice

Good Choice for daily driver and around town. I prefer a bit larger SUV for long trips. FWD does "ok in the snow but OEM tire could be better. Gas mileage is "ok" but I am not the the most efficient driver. Over all decent choice for a smaller SUV with great features that does not break the bank.

Not happy recently.

This is my 3rd or 4th Hyundai. Been happy with my Tucsons until now. The fact that I have to drive a vehicle that has an outstanding recall and in my opinion a scary one, I don't understand how Hyundai can get away with it. Can't even get a projected date for the part to arrive. Wasn't aware that a car with an outstanding recall cannot be bought or sold.

It will get you to where you need to go...that's it.

We purchased this vehicle to replace our 2016 Kia Sportage that kept getting manufacture recalls, so we wanted to get away from it as we had no local dealership to service the recalls. We purchased this 2019 Hyundai Tuscon thinking it would be a good replacement. As it does have more room, the Kia had more power and didn't sound as much like a hairdryer when trying to get anywhere. The Tuscon, for it's price lacks a lot of features when purchasing the base model compared to other manufactures base models.

How ? I love it

This is the 1st time have driven a larger car and I love driving it. I have problems with my knees and back, it's definitely better for that problem. I will never drive a small car again. Hyundai will be my car of choice. Love it.

Functional and comfortable

We love our Tucson. Good gas mileage, comfortable, and reliable. We hope this continues for years to come. We drove to the mountains last year, cruise the interstate often, and commute in town daily this car is perfect. Hard to beat for the price!

Garbage in...Garbage out

Would never recommend this car or any other Hyundai to anyone we care about. We have had nothing but issues from day 1 of owning this "vehicle" & have been treated very poorly by the service department and the customer service team. We gave Hyundai a shot and it has been a royal disappointment to say the least. We could have gotten pretty much any mid to small size SUV but chose Hyundai based on reputation and cost and getting the most bang for the buck. Well we were sorely led down the wrong road. We will NEVER buy or lease another Hyundai again. I guess you get what you pay for in terms of reliability and service.

Terrific all around vehicle.

This vehicle is missing only two things. Auto braking/auto stop for front. Air cooled seats in front. I can adjust the front driver seat so that it makes it comfortable for my back issues making it very accommodating for me to sit for a long period of driving.

2019 Tucson Sport is a great vehicle

While I have not driven this much in 2020 due to coronavirus, we take to go skiing (I switch out the 19inch tires/rims for 18 inch snow tires/rims during the winter) and it handles great. I rate this car extremely high for looks, options, ride, back seats (they are spacious!!) and we can pack an awful lot in the storage area in the back. I've already had the recall fix completed. I find that on highways with wind gusts, this car handles great, no sway or death grip on the steering wheel to deal with (and that is with 4 pairs of skiis on the top). The only little, little thing I would add is that on long trips, the passenger seat could use a bit more padding or have a slightly longer seat? It bothers my husband (who is over 6 feet) a bit. I bought him a cushion, it helps a little. And the key comes out of the FOB way too easy (I bought a silicone cover to alleviate this). But other than that, no complaints. And love the MyHundai blue link.

Love the car and all the extra security and safety. Very comfortable to drive and gets good gas mileage. So glad we went for the package with all the doodads as we use them all the time. Love that the windshield wipers even knkw when to turn on without me!

Fun to drive.

Great vehicle. Mileage is a bit lower than I expected. It would be better if the gas tank was a couple gallons bigger. This is a comfortable vehicle. There is plenty of cargo space. It would be better if there was a cargo cover, but over there s is a good choice.

2019 Tuscon Value

I have always owned a Honda. This is my first Hyundai and I chose it over the CR-V for styling and the safety features for the money. The Tucson is a little under-powered and could do better on the fuel economy but I love the visibility, ride comfort and safety features.

Why I buy only Hyundai

I purchase Hyundai because I know the cars. I have owned 5 new Hyundai's and have enjoyed each one. Since I am alone now I wanted a smaller car and chose the Tucson. I enjoy the size and it performs as well as the larger cars. I adored my Tiburon for it's look and performance. I will not own any other car but a Hyundai

Great auto for the price. Looks good and runs great Does well in the sand.....I like to shore fish. I have Bluetooth attached to my phone. Love the automatic start feature. The seat warmer is great in the winter Great car. Love mine

Hyundai has a reputation for quality vehicles. I previously owned a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and was very satisfied with it overall. I hoped to have the same experience with this vehicle. When I get ready to replace it, I will consider another, but not necessarily the same sales team.
