Basic, but ok car.
Overall, not bad. Its reliable for the most part. The ISG (intermittent stop n go) is beyond annoying, it is a safety liability. When it decides to engage it shuts down nearly everything, including the AC. And starting up it is delayed. Not safe in big cities with insane drivers.
There are serious blindspots, add small convex mirrors to help compensate some.
Has a bit of road noise and the brake rotors seem to warp on mine.
The acceleration is a snail race. Floor it, it makes lots of noise, but very little action. Much like a politician - lot of noise, no action.
Gas mileage is good (27.4mpg average). Steering is good, handling is good. Seats are comfortable. The entertainment/nerve center works well with SiriusXM, Google and Apple, and does have some phone pairing issues. You can dial from the screen, but says bluetooth isn't connected, even though it is plugged in directly.
It will hold 4 people comfortably. That 5th person in the middle in the back though better be tiny and they will not have a pleasant time. (There are 5 in my family - someone is always complaining how uncomfortable middle backseat is). There is no third row.
Overall, its a good car. Just the failures with the ISG (main complaint), garbage acceleration, the blind spots, and the warping brake rotors every 10k make this car a one time purchase.
The app is ok, but just a fancy thing to collect information on you. You don't really need it, though the remote start was cool a few times - got old though.
