gas mileage on window sticker not achieved

check gas mileage not achieved based on window sticker display. my main reason for purchasing the hybrid was the gas mileage. price point for the hybrid is a rip off based on the going green marketing

So far, happy with purchase

I knew a Tuscan SEL with convenience package was what I wanted. I found one at Regional Hyundai but my husband was not with me at the time. The first day we were available to get the vehicle, the salesman who put in so much time and effort with me-knowing I was not going to buy that day- was not working that day. So we let him know what day we would come to purchase the vehicle and confirmed the day of. We literally were on our way there (an hour drive) and I get a text that someone was in finance purchasing the car. So we went to Crain Hyundai and just before we went in to start the purchasing process, the salesman pulls out another sticker with a price that was $3000 more than the sticker price! We said nope! So we found 1 more at Patriot that was 2 hours away. I called and spoke with Pablo who looked on the computer and said it showed the vehicle still being there. He then went and personally checked and sent me a picture with him beside it to confirm it was still there. He gave me the option to put on hold with my credit card (which they never ran). The vehicle was pulled out and running and cooled off (it was super hot) when we arrived. Everything went smooth and we were happy with the experience with the exception they would not negotiate off sticker price nor add in crossbars at no extra charge.

Love this vehicle.

Exceeds my expectations every time I drive it. This is easily a 50k car with the included features. Hyundai has changed the way I look at the auto maker. I didn’t expect to be blown away by a Hyundai much less expect to purchase one.

Feature rich, even for a base model!

I bought my new 2023 Hyundai Tucson to replace my old 2010 Santa Fe. I was excited to see that the car was on the lot, and I scheduled a test drive right away. Since I looked online already I knew it had the basic features I wanted like AWD, and I thought that I probably wouldn't get much for upgrades/features since it's the SE base model. But I was delightfully wrong and this car comes with features that make it feel so high tech. My new Hyundai has the backup camera, lane assist, blind spot warning, Apple CarPlay (which I use all the time) and more stuff that my old car never had. It came in the Intense Blue paint that looks incredible! I'm very happy that I chose to stay in the Hyundai brand and get such a sizeable upgrade from my old car.

Your stores and resellers don't care about the customer. They only care about ripping their customers out of their money. It's no use trying to talk to you. It's no use asking for help. I will never buy anything from Hyundai again. talking to Hyundai is like talking to a wall I paid triple the value of the car.

Hyundai Experience

My fiancée and I had a wonderful time at AutoNation in Columbus, GA! My recent car broke down unexpectedly and Yari Washington and Nigel Scott were the perfect salesman. We had no clue where to begin with looking for a new car and they helped us find the absolute perfect fit for our family. I can’t thank them enough, they were extremely patient with us, very informative and insightful. Yari and Nigel are two outstanding workers! My family wouldn’t be riding in style if it wasn’t for them. We never thought we’d be owners of a brand new car and thanks to Yari and Nigel, we left the dealership with a 2023 Hyundai Tucson!

Great value

Great new vehicle so far no issues. A/c controls should have auto setting. Volume control is poorly designed hard to operate in dim lighting. Passenger seating is manual And no leather options. Did not include privacy screen over cargo area.

Wow! What an attractive, comfortable SUV!

So far I am loving my new car. It is attractive and comfortable with a smooth ride. This is my first vehicle that is equipped with cameras and I really appreciate the ease of backing up with such a great view. It is also amazing to get such a good side view when changing lanes or turning. It is hard to assess reliability after owning the car for such a short time.

Great car with lots of room!

The Tucson surprised me with it's front AND rear seating comfort and it's classy style! I'm getting fabulous gas mileage and love driving my new car. My Santa Fe Sport was totaled in an accident and I didn't think I would find a car to replace but the Tucson is comparable!

Everything was perfect. You did an amazing job!

I had to buy a car within a day because my car was old and needed some work. The salesman Tommy helped me out in an hour for my lunch break to get my approved. I came back after work and finished signing all paperwork and had my new car by the end of the day. Myself & my wife were very happy with everything he did to help us out!

Love my 2023 Tuscon

I had owned a Tucson in the past and leased a Honda CRV in 2020. I liked it but was unhappy with the sales team and no cars available on the lot. After seeing the 2023 Tucson I was sold on this car. It has so many features that I love and the sales team was wonderful. There were several on the lot to choose from. I am sold on Hyundai!

Quite, quick response

Suv is very quiet, smooth and the quick reaction time on LA traffic is a huge plus. Downfall you can't add on additional options. The warranty is the best on the market as of today. The online app options is a cool tool to use.

Great but lower MPG than advertised

Loved everything about it but the MPG. Great bang for your buck. The features are impressive for the mid trim and not the limited. We would but again but would consider getting the EV due to gas mileage.

Great vehicle

This small SUV has so many safety and luxury features, I think it is awesome. I purchased the Limited trim level and I believe it was money well spent. The parking cameras, cruise control, smooth ride, decent storage space.. Luxury trim level interior are all outstanding. My only regret is I wish it got higher mileage and / or a larger gas tank. For a hybrid the mileage is not spectacular. It is higher than my last car, and hopefully the electric drive will help me put out less pollution. Anyway... great vehicle. Love it ! Would buy again today for sure !!

my wife seen a Tucson in town and she took pictures and said I would love to go look at one, and we went to the dealership in Decatur Alabama and we came home with a new 2023 Tucson and she loves it and so far very happy with it.
