Front desk person . ( Ray ) this was my first experience with Ray . I had enjoyed the business relationship with the previous coordinator that moved on . I quickly was impressed with the knowledge and care from Ray . The mechanic team quickly diagnosed the Honda Odyssey Engine challenge and suggested The repair and further safety protocols for our brakes . I was very pleased with the results. I also had a cosmetic issue with the needed door arm supports removed so I could take elsewhere for a Leather repair .They insisted I come back to put the door panel back on at no further cost .Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicles there .You won’t go wrong .. Fireman Joe and Family. I bypass many mechanics and a Honda dealer to use the Master tech business.

Older car, non-car guy, not from the area and in need of major repair…recipe to be taken advantage of
. We were staying close to Global so I brought my car in for help. It was hard for me to explain the “noise” but they worked with me and they listened to me and finally they identified the problem. Eric explained everything that was going on with the car and did so in a way that even I understood. It all made sense to a non-car guy like me. They provided me with a nice loaner car and in 2 days the problem was resolved. We are back on the road and will return whenever or wherever we are and need help again. I trust them, which is huge for me. Thanks to Eric, Michelle and the rest of the techs. Well done.

Took my 2011 Dodge Avenger to Young Guns Automotive for some repairs we had used them several times f
or oil changes and other small things my car was in bad shape the air didn't work very well and the catalyst converter was toast I must say Young Guns. knows there stuff my car runs like its brand new they did a awesome job and we will never go anywhere else for car repairs and I felt they were very reasonable for all the work that was done and I definitely don't fill like I got ripped off Ben the owner and his employees are great people and did a great job!!
