Its the philosophy of excellent service and excellent people to carry it out.
I never even mind coming in for service. It's quick and always done well, the chairs are comfortable, there is a smoking area (outside) and cold sodas. What is not to like??? Yeah!

oil change, balance and rotate. Throw in a free wash and vacuum what's not to like? All in about an hour.

Routines plus extra
I needed the standard oil change/50,000 mile checkup but also was having some issues with a tire, the push buttons on the radio and air conditioner noise. All three concerns were addressed efficiently with little to no cost. I just wish they wouldn't stock those delicious chocolate glazed donuts in the waiting room. How's a girl supposed to keep to her diet with those things sitting there? :)
