Thanks again, Mike White Ford! I've come to trust you with my truck and always receive prompt service. I was promised the car to be returned by 11am and got a call at 10:30 that it was ready. The service guys at the front desk are super friendly and the service has always been top notch. Mike White Ford is where my truck will always be service and where I will purchase my next truck!

Great people, fast and efficient customer service

I'm happy with the people I interact with, but have a feeling they just put another band aid on the problem. This was the second time I have brought my truck in for a clunking noise in the rear of the truck. The first time they identified the problem was in the rear leaf springs and they applied grease to fix the problem. Also at that time I was told it may need new leaf springs to permanently. The noise was back in a couple of months and I scheduled another appointment to have it repaired. They came up with the same prognosis this time, and then just applied grease to it again. I'm afraid in time the noise will come back, and I will have to go through this same thing again. I don't want to have to bring the truck in every several months to have the springs greased again, if I have to come back, I would like it permanently repaired.

This was a two week experience for me. I first took my truck in for stating issues. The problem was diagnosed parts were replace. When I went to get my truck it wouldn't start. Nice people but sketchy

I was treated very nicely but a couple of things. I think it is rediculous how much you charge for a new key and the programming. It cannot cost that much for that key and the programming could not take that long either.
I was told two visits ago that I needed new tires and when I said I would wait, the guy said "well I guess you can roll the dice". Yesterday I was told my tires were good. Hmmm So they got better in six months?
We have bought a truck and two cars there. Bought the expensive service warranty but can get a key for under $150.00? That should be done for less for loyal customers .

Service & repairs were fine - cleanliness not a priority

The service on my car and the necessary repairs were done well and I am pleased. While I understand that you just get a voucher for a car wash following service, I did not expect the inside of my vehicle to be returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. Service techs may have needed to move items out of my cupholders, however the contents of my cupholders was dumped on the floor boards and left there. It also seemed like an air compressor was used to blow out debris from the cupholders and ended up all over my dashboard - without even a quick wipe. I don't expect my vehicle to returned cleaner but if should be left dirtier.

Disappointing news, but the service has always been good.

We took a 2010 Expedition in for diagnostics and found the issues bigger than we expected, an estimated almost 8,000 in repairs. That's the way it goes, and the previous owner had been very rough on the vehicle. Can't complain about the service, just need to figure out whether it's worth repairing. Not ready to trade up to another vehicle yet, but the tricky part remains of figuring out what to do next.

Warranty repair

2020 Explorer ST, check engine light-emissions issue. Dropped off for the repair and received the diagnosis later in the day as an O2 sensor heater. Up to 10 days to repair! Most parts avail in OR but one had to come from TN. They set up a rental car for the duration of the repair. Surprisingly received a call four days later that the repair was completed. Needed parts were found at another dealer and that expedited the repair. Good job Mike White Ford.
To the Ford Engineers-you suck! The requirement to remove the exhaust, transmission and part of the engine to replace an O2 sensor heater? Five hour shop job? Ridiculous!!
