I have NEVER had a bad experience at Mike White. Our car has had extensive work done to it and everytime we are treated like family. Christian in the service department has been our go to guy and has dealt with all of our issues with care. He is always so kind and honest. I know I can trust anything he says and he is not just trying to sell me something. He always takes time to listen and make sure we fully understand what is going on. 10/10 would suggest Mike White to anyone!! I refuse to buy a car or have service done anywhere else!

We are pleased to have the part #45255 -rear door weather strip replaced. It was a problem since we purchased the car at Mike White Ford CDA 2019. We stopped into the shop area of Mike White Ford last year showing a service personnel the problem of this strip falling from the wheel well and rubbing on the tire. The part falling from the area was approx 1.5ft. We were told by this gentleman that this was not a repairable problem and we would just have to push it back in place. We were not satisfied with this suggestion but put up with it for a year. We are so pleased to have this now fixed. I might suggest you perhaps can instruct your personnel to seek another opinion if they may not understand or know for certain re repairing a problem. Otherwise, we have been overall quite satisfied with White Ford.
