Our technicians are paid based off of hours worked and when we submit warranty work to the warranty company, we have to show how much time was spent diagnosing versus fixing the part for accountability sake. We apologize for the headlight switch issue! When we're addressing electrical issues, as we did with your windows, we have to try all of the switches to determine where the fault lies. We always make a concerted effort to return the switches to where they were when the vehicle entered the shop, but we are only human and sometimes we make a mistake.
