Friendly staff that know how to satisfy their customers.
Brought vehicle in at 7:00 am Monday morning. They told me they would work me into the days schedule, since they were booked up when I arrived.
Two hours later, a call saying vehicle was ready.
That’s what I call service above and beyond.

Excellent service beginning with the amazingly fast garage door where you enter into a weather proof garage and are practically greeted at your door. They were available to help me immediately and take us into the super comfy waiting area. Our service was just for an oil change but we also received a few lights on our rear license plate. Car was ready to go in exactly one hour as they stated. I don't recall the name of the service tech who helped us but we have worked with him in the past and he is fantastic at his job. Great job!

Service on pickup
The tire pressure is different front and back. Ford specification it should not be that hard to check it when tires are rotated. This could easily be standard practice. Also def fluid is only 3/4 full it would be nice if it’s topped off.
