Service department
After buying a car, it’s the service department that keeps the customer coming back. Car salesmen are ok but they sorta lose contact with customer after the sale. The service department’s personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and are the people customers will deal with.

My Genisis coupe was in for service recently and I have driven it for 160000 miles. It needed new brakes, a transmission flush and a few other minor things and it drives like a brand new car. I would not dream of taking my car to anyone else for service.
