Oil Change was no problem - but other issue concerns me more. See Review
We bought a pre-owned 2013 Sante Fe Sport from Tameron in January. We drove a couple of Sante Fe’s and decided on the one we bought. Last Friday, April 27, we came in for our first oil change. I mentioned to the service rep. about a funny noise the vehicle has made – since day one when we got it. I never really thought much about it because I just thought that’s how it sounded. Service Rep said he heard it when we pulled in and it was belt tensioner/idler going bad. Well that immediately aggravated me because it’s made that noise since we bought it and Tameron showed me a list of things they had done to make the vehicle good. I guess they decided not to fix this. Anyway, I asked him would he have bought that vehicle making that noise – he said No. Well I told to make it worse, the 90 day warranty expired a couple of weeks ago – it could have been fixed under warranty had we came in two weeks ago. Service rep said he would recommend contacting the Pre-owned car manager and he might honor it since it was only a couple of weeks. That’s what I’m doing now. Please forward to the appropriate manager/contact and have them call me.
