I bought the car from you. Up to now, I have been disappointed by the service. I've been back and forth with you folks in the past. I was told that the engine recall had been performed on my car. That engine seized on me, during rush hour traffic on I65 with my daughter in the back seat. Either the inspection for the defect is not sufficient, or it was never done. Either way, I was left in a dangerous situation. In the nearly 8 years I've owned the car, I have been left dead on the side, or in the middle of the road 4 times. A recalled item caused me to not be able to put it in gear (switch on the brake pedal), my starter went out and I had it towed to you, my a/c went out (not stranded for that one), fuel pump failed on my way home and now this most recent one with the engine seizing up. I was happy that Hyundai stood behind their problem and replaced the engine. It was done quickly and the service team was great. That I do appreciate. I've owned several cars/trucks and kept them for long periods of time, I've not been left in a bind with those as I have been with this one. I would not purchase another.

We will see how it goes. If Tameron follows thru then I would consider recommending , otherwise I would be very hesitant. will give them benefit of doubt.

Nice staff, friendly, convenient shuttle service for customers. Chick Fil A biscuits in the morning for customers in the break room while you are waiting on your car or a diagnosis or the shuttle service. The two locations could do a better job of communicating between each other. Shuttle is pretty prompt and friendly.

I stopped by for oil change that was due. They were able to share that my alignment was off also. Got that fixed and told me to keep eye on battery because It might be getting low. They keep me informed of how my car is doing!! I like that!

I bought my car from Tameron Hyundai in August and I am absolutely loving my Santa Fe. They make scheduling a service super easy, using their website. I get text reminders and the guys that triage you in the bay are always nice. It's a bonus that they are super fast at any service I've ever had to have there.
