Great customer service
Always great customer service! Most times I come in without an appointment because I don't always get the same time off. I am always waited on promptly, technician goes over what will be done and the cost and then I wait in the waiting area. It never takes very long and service is always professional. If it doesn't need something, they tell you.

Service manager is always up front with the customer. The department is always clean and comfortable while you wait. Although I wish you would offer a car cleaning with the services.

Very impressed with the service that was provided. They were able to get me in right away. I was also very appreciative that they answered their phone. The other service department that I had been using does not answer the phone! Very frustrating!

I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but arrived before the shop opened. The associate told me that it would be about an hour before it would be ready. They completed the oil change in about 30 minutes.
