Prompt service nice reps at the desk
We have had other Hyundai autos but in Michigan. When we took our cars in for service there was always a complementary car wash. Even our Michigan honda dealer offered a complementary car wash.

Not impressed.
This service department had my car just a couple days shy of one month. Delay after delay was experienced, and after a certain point, even the manager ran out of excuses. The first time we were called to pick up the car, it wasn't even fixed properly. No explanation was given other than "We dropped the ball." They did offer a complimentary rental car over half way through the ordeal. Worst experience. Will avoid this service department in the future and will likely never buy Hyundai again.
