I did find out about the incident in the shop regarding the foul language and this matter has been resolved. I can only hope your past service experiences with us can eliminate the level of service you recently experienced. We take a tremendous pride in providing the best customer service we can offer and unfortunately a bad apple can ruin it for everyone. After purchasing a vehicle from the used car department in July, Tuscan 2013, less than 26,000 miles, I have had to replace battery and front brake pads.

Ok service
Had a nail in tire. Hyundai took car off rack, came in and asked if I wanted the tire replaced. Then had to wait for the lift to be open, when they could have left the car on the rack and changed the tire. I was 50 feet away.
