Great customer service
Roger and the entire staff a Hyundai St. Augustine are so focused on going the extra mile for the customer. They are all so friendly and welcoming. You can just pull right in, they meet you at the car and go over everything without you having to step foot inside. Of there are any delays on the repair or if parts need to be ordered they call immediately to discuss and find ways to not inconvenience you. You really get the feeling that they care. I used to own a Jeep, I never got that kind of customer service at the Jeep dealership. Owning a Hyundai has been a great experience.

I took my 2015 Sonata to Saint Augustine Hyundai because the paint on the roof of the car was beginning to peal. I spoke to Joe the service manager and he assured me they would take care of my car and my cost would be a $100.00 deductible. I thought this was more than fair because my car was out of warranty. I picked up my car a few days later and was very satisfied with the work done on my car. Thank you Joe. A job well done
