Good service, helpful staff.
My weak car battery was checked out and need for replacement confirmed, and several other things checked out, a service that had not been specifically requested but was part of the "perks" since we'd bought the car here. Very nice . The person in charge of the service was very helpful and polite, as were the other two gentlemen that first met me to take the car in. The time it took was about what I'd expected at the end of a work day, so I was satisfied.

They always do a good job. This particular time I went in for oil change and explained to the gentleman who took my keys that the TPMS light was on, I wanted it checked out. Upon getting into car the light was still on and nothing mentioned about it. Other than that, great service.

I had been complaining over 2 service visits, 6000+ miles, about this steering. It took that long to find the right man to recognize the issue and repair it. I was told it was a rare repair - we will see as I have another Tuscon made the same year with fewer miles. I will be watching.
