Review for oil change and tire rotation
Since I have not dipped my oil yet to check it's color and consistency, I have to trust all is good....You really need new chairs in the customer lounge. They are no longer firm and look a little shabby. Thanks for an upbeat attitude.

tire pressure discrepancy
service report stated tire pressures at 35 lbs each. Two days later pressure indicator lit up and showed all four tires under inflated at between 27 and 29 lbs.. No previous problem with tires .

Roger took care of the oil change and alerted me that the car battery is starting to wear out. Good to know. Roger and the folks in the service are friendly and professional. I don’t mind the 25 mile drive down there to get our cars serviced.

Had an appointment for a brake repair that was estimated would be about 2 hours. Waited hour and a half without status updates before finally getting the loaner car I'd reserved in advance. Car took 6.5 hours to finish.

Service Department excels all the time with the customer service. Not only are the associates very professional with the customers, but instead of waiting in the office for work to be done on my car, I am offered a ride to the mall where I can do my shopping and then when I am ready, a phone call does the trick.
